Albergo Del Lago

Ci tengo a specificare che non ho usufruito dell'albergo, ma abbiamo fatto solo una piccola sosta dopo quasi 2 ore di viaggio da Brescia per visitare L'orrido di Bellano; entrando chiedo 1 caffè (Mezzogiorno circa) la Sig.ra che ci accoglie dice che non fanno caffè perché il ristorante sta attendendo un gruppo.Chiedo gentilmente se potevo usufruire del bagno il caffè era per quel motivo e non volevo usufruire senza consumare, ma la signora (se così si può definire) mi liquida dicendo che non potevo andare neanche al bagno, nonostante le facessi presente di essere invalida....complimenti veramente...l'unica cosa orrida che ho visto all'orrido di Bellano...

We only stayed one night but despite being a single star the place is clean and well kept near the station, very convenient for reaching the centre. Courteous and polite staff, you appreciate the fact that in the evening you can have dinner with pizza. The breakfast is good even if simple... I recommend it for the excellent value for money.... Especially given the area. Remember that it does not have an elevator and therefore on the third floor for elderly people or with children it might be worth considering... Find out carefully about the room plan. Remember that it does not have air conditioning but there is a good ceiling fan

Absurd son. Arrogant daughter. Mother snake. Father cobra.. Horrible pasta, cold meat, flavored salad.. Better not download it.... Dessert non-existent. I asked for a draft beer but the son (absurd and cowardly) filled me with a can of beer (it was enough to say that it was out of draft)... P. S never again.... The worst? The whole family

Courteous, kind and attentive staff to every request. Dogs are allowed in and they are welcoming to them too! Good food, freshly prepared, excellent pizzas and desserts at a fair price/quality ratio. Excellent location near the station and not too far from the lake. Advised!
