L’hotel gode di una posizione ottimale per chi vuole recarsi a sciare al Luisa. L’entrata e tutto il piano terra che comprende ristorante reception e bar ė accogliente e suggestiva in pieno stile montanaro. La nota più dolente riguarda le camere, la nostra per 4 persone si presentava piccola, con un matrimoniale non sufficientemente grande per una persona di 1,85 cm di altezza, le tende bucate e macchiate e il muro presentava incrostazioni varie sparse. Era presente un sacco di polvere in giro per la stanza. Il bagno minuscolo presentava una doccia poco funzionale in quanto era facile allagare il pavimento. Abbiamo anche segnalato più volte la mancanza di acqua calda nella doccia. Non sempre i problemi sono stati risolti in tempi brevi. Bene i servizi in particolare la piscina e il centro benessere. Lo staff cordiale anche se a volte poco reattivo in particolare nella sala ristorante. Il menu bambini poco vario e in generale la qualità dei piatti era media. Il prezzo l’ho trovato leggermente alto rispetto alla qualità della camera offerta.

Personale gentile, camere pulite, cibo buono ma sicuramente non è un 4 stelle. Camera famigliare piccola, bagno vecchio, piscina bella ma acqua gelata, anche la vasca idromassaggio inutilizzabile, troppo freddo.posizione buona per sciare al Lusia.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura per un weekend lungo. La struttura si presenta bene, parcheggio ampio. Questi sono gli aspetti positivi del nostro soggiorno: - Colazione varia e buona - merenda pomeridiana compresa - Cena abbondante - cortesia in reception - attenzione per i bambini Aspetti negativi: - camera piccola - piscina molto piccola per il numero di ospiti della struttura - sovrapprezzo di 25€ a notte per il cane (tra l’altro sapendo che avevamo il cane ci è stata assegnata una camera con il balcone non privato a causa delle scale di emergenza) - pulizia in camera non sempre attenta - servizio durante colazione/cena migliorabile
