Very comfortable and quiet rooms, a lovely courtyard and pool area, and an incredibly helpful concierge and staff. The entire hotel is clean, calm, and relaxing. The Treehouse restaurant was a highlight, especially for breakfast or cocktails!

En positif : - Bon accueil - Hôtel moderne - Grande chambre bien décorée - Balcon - Piscine - Wi-Fi gratuit et qui marche - Poubelle pour recycler dans la chambre - Machine à café avec 3 capsules - Bouteille d'eau - Bonne literie - Grande douche - Planche et fer à repasser En négatif : - On vous demande une empreinte de carte bleue manuelle au check-in (?...). Il serait grand temps de passer à l'utilisation électronique... Cette demande est incompréhensible. - Prix du restaurant trop élevés (la qualité est certes bonne mais cela ne justifie cependant pas le niveau facturé par rapport à d'autres endroits). - Service au restaurant beaucoup trop chaotique : les serveuses gèrent plusieurs tables selon les besoins au fur et à mesure (pourquoi pas même si c'est un peu inhabituel) mais ne communiquent pas entre elles ensuite ou mal, ce qui fait que ce qu'on a dit à l'une d'entre elle n'est pas pris en compte et une autre arrive avec autre chose (on a dû avoir facilement 5-6 serveuses différentes pendant le dîner et beaucoup de soucis de commandes). - Erreurs de facturation au petit-déjeuner.... Qui ont été acceptées cependant et corrigées mais cela aurait été mieux de ne pas faire d'erreurs (le thé et le café sont déjà inclus dans la formule American Breakast, ils ne sont pas à facturer en plus, comme ce qui a été fait pour nous...).

Very good hotel overall. Chebellie at the front desk ensured we were welcomed in our group and was very nice. The hotel rooms are very modern and clean. Great beds and pillows are comfortable. The gym is very well equipped and very clean as well. The resturant staff are very nice and the food is very good and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!

Nice hotel in Belize City proper. Very helpful and cheerful staff on this location. Special mention to Chebellie, thanks for making our stay memorable. The property is only a year old, with beautiful decor, amenities and architecture surrounding the area.

This was a horrible experience that began our long awaited trip to Belize. We used a travel agent from the US for our 30th wedding anniversary celebration trip. The hotel failed to book our adventure outing for the first day. We had even received a confirmation email that it was booked far in advance. This was so disappointing. I do have to say they offered to send us off late but we weren’t sure we’d be back for our boat ride out to the island resort for the upcoming week. Not good. Room was clean, very contemporary although it felt awkwardly so. I felt like I was in a prison cell. Bleak and bare. The pool is tiny. Hotel restaurant was just okay. Overall, not a good experience all around. We could hardly wait to get out of there. I think there were many ways they could have made their error to book our adventure outing right but missed the chance…..

The hotel is beautiful. The front staff os so friendly and helpful. I felt safe and well-cared for the whole time. The rooms are lovely and the beds are so comfortable. The pool area is stunning. I loved my time here and look forward to coming back. 10/10
