The room was spacious but the food in the hotel was not recommendable. They have an airport shuttle. It is better than taxi.

It's a mistake to try to cancel the reservation and they didn't cancel it. For reasons of destination, we couldn't board the plane and it was impossible for us to arrive, but we entered the cancellation request before the check-in time.

Nice hotel but stayed during construction so very noisy earl in the morning. Nice big beds and rooms. Gym pool breakfast buffet and restaurant at hotel.

We had been in Belize City in the tourist section on Marine parade for a few days, so was very surprised to see this hotel On the main road in the middle of an industrial area? It was not a location I would have chosen to be in. The hotel was good the staff extremely efficient and friendly. On arrival We walked to our room past a stunning pool area and restaurant. Up the stairs (no lift in a 4 star hotel?) the room was generous and comfortable unfortunately the bed was not it was way too soft. The others I spoke with agreed. In going out to dinner it was suggested we eat in the hotel as walking at night was not recommended. This was not an issue we had experienced in our other hotel on Marine Parade. It made me feel uncomfortable. However we do walk outside to a wonderful wine bar attached to the hotel which was great. A good hotel for a night but would not a location I would want to holiday in.

Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service (Stayed July) I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in July. The staff were all incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with an AC that worked perfectly—especially appreciated after a long day out. The food at the hotel was also very good, with a nice variety and great flavor. A special thank you to Jeronie, the manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He arranged shuttle service for us and was always available whenever we needed assistance. He was a true pleasure to deal with and made a big difference in our experience. Highly recommended!

Amazing hotel, the pool was amazing, food was delicious, front staff was friendly & so attentive. They offered a shuttle service for a reasonable fee. Can’t be beat. Jeronie, the manager, was VERY accommodating.

Great experience, nice staff, great food.the beds are comfortable.the area is very safe. The food is very affordable and delicious. The shuttles are very reliable. Everything in the hotel works.i would 100% come back to this hotel again.
