It's a mistake to try to cancel the reservation and they didn't cancel it. For reasons of destination, we couldn't board the plane and it was impossible for us to arrive, but we entered the cancellation request before the check-in time.

Nice hotel but stayed during construction so very noisy earl in the morning. Nice big beds and rooms. Gym pool breakfast buffet and restaurant at hotel.

We went on a medical mission trip with about 75 providers so we filled the hotel. They made a lot of money off us and service was poor. It was pricey about 300$ a night. The breakfast was good but it was hard to get a cup of coffee or water from the waitress. We were told we could not bring outside food into the hotel. We had to meet out front a few times. When we reserved the shuttle to take a few of us back to the airport the shuttle left without us because we were 3 minutes late. I have been to many hotels in Central America and the service at this one was very poor especially for the price and restrictions they placed on us.

The hotel was above average.not all inclusive establishment but with prices so reasonable we didn't mind. It was clean and well sanitized daily. I even observed a worker wiping the hand rails with Lysol disinfectant. The Jaguar Bar was the best. The bartenders were superb hats off to Ms Wade & Ms Ciego they were great. The wait staff was just as professional special thanks to Ms Siera & Ms Rishell

This is a short ride from the airport - we stayed overnight after a delayed flight, and it has an onsite bar and restaurant with cold beer and good food. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The checking staff were very helpful. There are no elevators and the security helped us with heavy bags to our room.

Excellent service. The persons had great customer service and job attitude. Kudos to Jeronie Wilson, he was at front desk. Continue doing an awesome job, this kind of service is commendable and I highly recommend your hotel to everyone. The food was great and the cafe service was exceptional.

The room was very nice and clean. The maid was very congenial and the help at the restaurant and bar were really helpful. The whole experience from the desk clerk to the others including their restaurant help were top notch. The food at the restaurant was awesome and the servers were great.

I enjoy being in the restaurant it's so relaxing and the ambiance is so soothing that you don't want to leave,the food,the drinks the server's they where all great that you feel like your at home,and the staff are so friendly and professional.

Great hotel; wonderful staff. Only thing that needs attention is that the toilet commodes are very low (uncomfortable for taller people). Nice fitness center, cafe bar, nice pool. Restaurant food is great, pet friendly. Beds are very comfortable.
