after check in with a big infested rooms, black mold in tubs, bedding with stains and pee stains, all items in room filthy and so much more. They weren't helpful including MGR. They say this is normal and clean. 1 laundry staff, 2 housekeepers I was told when I asked

DO NOT… I repeat DO NOT stay here. Filthy.. horrible area and not even close to subpar. The workers are horrible and are so rude. Cops were there kicking a family out after the front desk boy was so mean to them and was yelling loudly. The room is moldy, dirty and smells terrible I had to door dash cleaner and air freshener. I never am one to leave reviews and know that everyone is human and makes mistakes but this hotel needs to be shut down until they are up to code

Bathroom needs attention reculking around tub area , no way to close drain in sink. No drinking glasses in bathroom I asked about it and was given styrofoam coffee cups. I thought it provided breakfast but was wrong. I will probably try a new location next time. Love Mankato grew up and graduated from high school there.

Not clean, not sure sheets were changed / clean! Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name on this place. I thought they had higher standards

The place is worn down(out) and it is dirty on top of it. They obviously dont care about the condition. do not stay here.

OMG...the filthiest, smelliest place I've every stayed. Dirty, sticky, and littered throughout both hallways and the room. Tub filled with loads of black dirt and clogged. Handfuls of dust were behind the nightstand with one broken outlet. Couldn't even see out the windows they were so dirty. It was cold in our room, and when we tried to adjust the AC, it quit and smelled like it was on fire before sputtering out clouds of mold/dirt. I came home and scrubbed up both myself and everything I took in that place. Honestly, I wonder if whoever owns it will continue running it as is and then just burn it to the ground (trust me, it's close to the point of no return).

Old and unkept. Smelled really bad…cigarettes, urine, musty. No amenities..not even a water cup. Hair drier ripped off the wall leaving only holes in the wall. Toilet tipped when you sat on it..very unstable and unsafe.

I had low expectations of a Super 8 to begin with, but was all that was available on the short notice I had to book, and somehow this place managed to be far worse than I could have guessed. The smell was awful from the moment you open the front door. The lobby, hallways, and room was dirty. The window in the room was so dirty you could hardly see out it. Half of the lights in the room didn't work, the light fixture in the bathroom was missing bulbs, the toilet paper dispenser fell off the wall as soon as you touched the paper. The carpet was so nasty I wouldn't walk on it without shoes. I cancelled the 2nd night of my stay and opted to commute 2 hours each direction for the rest of my trip vs spend another minute in this place. 1 star rating is too high in my opinion, but this won't let me give 0.

While the front desk staff were kind and professional, the entire establishment felt run down, unclean, and unsafe. After staying in my room for about 20 minutes, I made the decision to leave and find a hotel that was better managed. I wasn't expecting much since this was a cheap hotel, but I just couldn't force myself to stay since everything just felt so gross and off there.
