3-Star Hotels in Belgrade

The short version is that the location is good on the bus route and is within walkable distance of the waterfront and its awesome shopping mall. There is food available on the street in front of the hotel. The hotel meets basic needs. It is dated and tired-looking however for the price I can happily live with that and would gladly stay there again without hesitation. The booking for my teenage daughter and myself went smoothly online. Air Serbia changed our flight and the hotel was able to change our booking accordingly with no fuss. My sister who studies there had stayed there when she first arrived in Belgrade and recommended it. On arrival the driveway is also the parking lot. This means that if coming through with a lot of baggage that it can be a bit of a slalom course making it from the pavement to the front door. If you bring your own car, it means parking is limited and if someone parks behind you it will not be possible to get out without their car being moved. There is and awkward step required to get into the front door which could benefit from a small ramp to help with rolling luggage. The lobby is small and no frills with a small seating area and is adjacent to the dining room. The reception staff were approachable and spoke good English which was a big help as I know almost no Serbian and was struggling to learn it from my efforts before the trip thus, I was limited to a few polite words like please and thank you and unable to make conversation in Serbian. Be aware there is a tourist tax to pay on arrival. There is a small lift which was handy for checking in and checking out with luggage. On moving from the lift to the room there was only a short transit and the room locks worked well. The room was simple and met our needs having ample closet space however no hangers. There was a writing desk which I used for meals and a fridge under the desk which was put to good use during the trip to store food and milk. My balding dome had no need of the hair dryer so I did not try it out. The room overlooked the carpark/driveway and the street which was good enough to allow me to assess how busy the street was and get a sense of the weather. The beds were comfortable however the pillows were not at all plump even when I stacked a couple of them so on my next trip, I will vacuum pack my own pillow from home. The bathroom is where the shabbiness was felt. The sink was not properly fixed to the wall so moved if I pressed on it. The sink was large enough for me to do laundry. There was enough shelf space adjacent to it to store items and for me to hang my medium sized washbag. The shower enclosure was tight to the point of almost being tight and sliding lass doors opened on 2 sides as the only way of getting into and out of it. The doors kept derailing which was the other problem apart from the sink’s instability. There was plenty of hot water and housekeeping provided a good supply of clean plush towels. Room was a great size, super comfortable bed. Air con worked well. Lots of space in the room for bags etc. Kettle etc in the room. Hot shower and good pressure, once we realised we had to turn on the hot water. Carpet a bit tired, but other than that, very happy with our accommodation. Great location, busy little walkway, not for people who want to quiet room. Street partying until early hours in the morning. Didn't bother me at all . Breakfast was fantastic,the omlette was perfect and very good service with a smile

Stayed for the second time, first of all, the service attitude was very good, very active to help, named the two handsome guys: Boris and Ivan, especially enthusiastic and very good. Hygienic: clean and refreshing. Facilities: There is a wireless network, but I have stayed in several, and sometimes I will disconnect the network and connect again. There is central air conditioning and a kettle. Location: Most of the attractions in the city are within 20 minutes walk; 18 minutes walk from the bus station and 30 minutes walk from the train station. We booked a room without breakfast, next to a restaurant, coffee house street. Going to the Moscow hotel for a cup of coffee is also good. The location of hotel is very good, walking distance （within 20 mins to most of the tourist attractions in town）, even to bus station; 30 mins walk to train station. I have to give compliments to Boris and Ivan, their service were excellent, very willing to help. They are the reason for us to be back for the second time. Also the gent helped us to move luggage to taxi at the day checked out was very nice too. Staff are great!

The hotel was chosen near the airport, according to the reviews only the Mar Hotel was fully suited to us, which we were convinced. The hotel staff advised us to book for the departure period and the problem was resolved. The hotel has a private minibus for the airport transfer and the trip does not exceed 15 minutes. Resepshn is 24-hour and very kind - we were immediately settled in the room and the decoration was offered to spend the morning after breakfast. The hotel itself is built, equipped and equipped very modernly, with emphasis on functionality and comfort. Rooms are spacious, beds and bedding excellent. Food. Breakfast is worth the Michelin star. In fact, all the products come from local producers - that is, eggs from chickens from free feed, butter, cheeses, sausages and ham from farms in mountains, greens, vegetables and fruit - from gardens in valleys + the most tasty Serbian buns and bread. Believe me, even in hotels 5+ such quality is very rare. Lunch and dinner can be ordered from local restaurants or in a bar to order hot sandwiches, by the way, too very delicious. Staff. Absolutely from all staff there is sincere kindness, help and care. Special thanks to both the Babys - the owner of the hotel and the manager on the respiratory. I strongly recommend - budget prices and quality premium.

We chose this hotel because of its historic significance and because of the free parking. We have regrets, though. For the same price we definitely could have stayed somewhere much nicer. This hotel basically seems like no one cares. The first thing I noticed when walking into the room was the weird smell of electric/burning, like when your hair dryer or curling iron starts to overheat. The bathroom ceiling was moldy and dirty and had something fuzzy sticking out of one corner. There was what I think was cat hair all over the blankets. The room definitely hadn't been vaccumed recently, and I found a previous guest's contact lense on the floor. There were blood stains on the bath mat and one of the towels, as well as smeared/dried blood on the walls from where people had smashed insects. On the balcony a previous guest had left a cup full of some disgusting liquid plus cigarettes and no one bothered to clean that up. The room was incredibly hot despite it being the end of October and there is no air conditioning - I don't think it would be possible to stay there in the summer without suffering from heat stroke. There was also just a general lack of maintenance, such as some loose doorknobs that felt like there were about to fall off. A previous guest had also left a coat in the closet - at some point during the day while we were out, someone entered our room and took the coat. It made me feel very unsafe that we were not asked or even informed about someone needing to enter our room. Please don't stay at this hotel. You'll probably get some kind of disease from it.

Little hotel inside old building. We loved the room. Nice design, very clean. Location is fantastic, 5 minutes walk from republic square. Maja, the manager is very helpful. Price is great as well. Would definately stay here again on my next visit!

Hotel is in the residential area of Banovo brdo with excellent public transportation and connection to other parts of the city. If you’re coming from the airport you can catch bus 72 to Novi Beograd Opstina, cross the street and hop on bus 88 to Dom Zdravlja Banovo brdo. Hotel is across the street in the shopping mall, entrance by Pancho pizza. Be prepared to climb a lot of stairs. We bought a 5 day pass “Beogradska kartica” for 1040 RSD (about 9 EUR) which you need to validate only the 1st time you enter the bus/ tram. Our room was on the top floor and we stayed here for 5 nights. Room was spacious and clean, the bed was very squeaky but the mattress was comfortable, we slept like babies. I liked that windows could be opened, our room was overlooking Pozeska street and you could hear the tram noise but it didn’t bother us. Good wifi, no issues. TV is small and set up is strange, you have to find HDMI2, channels were not readily available with point and click. The only thing that bothered me was musty, sewer like smell coming from the shower and lingering in the room.. I mentioned that to the receptionist but he was shocked to hear that and said that cleaning staff will come up and look into it. They made a foil drain cover and strangely, that did help a bit. Breakfast was excellent and abundant but coffee could have been stronger. Hotel provides complimentary tea and packets of Nescafe in the room as well as an electric kettle. Every member of the staff was polite and friendly and would greet us on the way in or out, we really felt welcome. We would definitely stay here again, we enjoyed our stay.

Обстоятельства сложились таким образом, что благодаря задержке самолёте опоздали на пересадку. Компания ✈️air serbia 🇷🇸 перенесла стыковку более чем на сутки и предоставила питание, трансфер и проживание в Белграде. Привезли в этот отель, в центре города. 4 звезды, вид на площадь с фонтаном. Хороший большой номер, тихо, удобные матрасы, высыпаешься. Хорошее отношение персонала, отзывчивый. Завтрак на верхнем этаже, ресторан с видовой террасой вид город, красиво. Отель относительно новый, по всей видимости не давно было обновление. Не первом этаже лобби бар, приятный. С wi-fi не было проблем. Локация центральная.

Although it is not a hotel, it is rooms located in a building complex on the 5th floor, but it is in the heart of Belgrade, which is accessible on the central street with shops, restaurants, cafes, pharmacy and supermarkets. There is also the church of St. Mark and the St. Savva. The Nicola Tesla Museum, Parliament, the bombed buildings, the Scardarlija with traditional serb restaurants, the Beton Hall with seaside restaurants and the Castle Kalemektan. It takes a long walk, but it's all in the vicinity without having to get any means of transportation. For all this, Bobby, the manager, was always at our disposal, very helpful and kind to guide us where to go even where to make a currency. When we asked for bathing shoes, they brought us instead of a single use, shoes that were once again washed and ripped, something that disappointed us. Shops, shopping centers, cafes and hotels almost all Pet Friendly! 🔝👍 We had a wonderful time!!!! 😊🤗
