Мда,друзья,впечатления от отеля противоречивые.Заехали на парковку на машине и первое,что нас встретило-это огромная вонючая куча мусора,которую не вывозили,наверное,месяц.В коридоре темно,лампочки перегоревшие.Явно не 4 звезды отель.Денег своих не стоит.

The hotel is quite new and in very good condition. Also in a very good central position in the city. There are bunch of cafes and restaurants nearby. The room is large and spacy. The bed is also quite comfortable.
Service: front desk is very helpful and friendly. My only not so positive experience in this hotel was with the housekeeping. For some reason they didn't vacuum the room the first day they cleaned the room and left bunch of sand and reagent (if you've been to Russia in winter, you know what I'm talking about) in the room. This was fixed after I spoke to the front desk.
Probably this will be my go-to hotel in Belgorod. The place is surely better than other hotels I've stayed in.
Also there is a really good restaurant right next to the hotel.

Super Hotel, das nichts zu wünschen offen lässt. Das Hotel hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und höflich.
Sehr große Zimmer, sehr breites Bett, super Bad mit begehbarer Tropikdusche, ein Traum wirklich. Das Zimmer hatte alles zum wohlfühlen. Großer Fernseher. Sehr leckeres Frühstück

Отличный отель, с изумительными интерьерами, максимальным чувством стиля и прекрасного, от крыльца входа, до самых мелких деталей. Персонал вышколен. Только приятные впечатления остались от посещения и проживания! Браво! Будете в Белгороде - рекомендую именно этот отель 👍

Отель подвергся реновации в 2020 году - и сейчас это, кажется, самый новый, современный и удобный отель в самом центре Белгорода. Дети весьма недоумевали, почему он маркирован как 4 звезды, а не как пять - потому что, по ощущениям, это полноценная пятерка. Прекрасный персонал - и на стойке регистрации, и горничные чудесные, и официанты в ресторане: все большие молодцы. Шикарные завтраки. Небольшой уютный лобби-бар с чудесными десертами. Собственная большая бесплатная парковка во дворе. Единственное к чему можно придираться - вид из окон на сторону двора на старые советские панельные десятиэтажки: не самая шикарная картинка- но это и не претензия к отелю. Резюмирую: отель, куда хочется приехать еще. Рекомендую.
