Снова заехали в этот отель, нас быстро разместили, мне достался номер 328, который находится в левом крыле, он одноместный и не большой, с двумя окнами, которые выходят во двор здания и на проезд к этому двору. В номере есть всё необходимое, много мелочёвки, холодильник уже заняли напитки и снеки от отеля, за кругленькую сумму. В номере есть ТВ, чайник, но не было кондиционера. В отеле и в номерах чисто, тихо и спокойно. В ванной комнате душ, так же достаточное количество принадлежностей для умывания и много полотенец. Ресторан находится на 0 этаже в левом крыле, завтрак - хороший шведский стол, в целом питание и обслуживание хорошее. В отеле несколько лифтов. Сам отель находиться в самом центре города, до парков и магазинов 5-10 минут ходьбы. Номера лучше выбирать во двор, там меньше шума. Отель рекомендую.

Большие и чистые номера, приемлемые цены, вкусный завтрак, приветственный персонал, нет проблем с отчетными документами! Не хватает телевизоров со смарт-тв. Ванная комната большая, все необходимое для проживания предоставляется.

Гостиница располагается в самом центре города. В пешей доступности парк и другие живописные места, а также магазины и торговые центры. Разнообразные завтраки, для любителей поплотнее и полегче. При заселении возможно также включить в стоимость проживания обед или ужин (или и то и другое). Очень вежливый и гостеприимный персонал. Особенно девушки на ресепшн. Всегда помогут и подскажут👍 В гостинице есть также свой спортзал, что немаловажно. Для гостей на авто предоставляется бесплатная охраняемая парковка. Я много где останавливалась раньше во время путешествий, но в следующую мою поездку в Белгород - приеду только сюда! Рекомендую всем , кто хочет хорошо отдохнуть данную гостиницу. Соотношение цены и качества полностью соответствует даже моим завышенным ожиданиям! Пребыванием в гостинице осталась полностью довольна! Спасибо персоналу за радушный прием!!!

Отель всегда радует своей душевностью. Номера просторные, чистые. Завтрак всегда обильный и разнообразный. Девочки на ресепшн очень отзывчивые и всегда готовые помочь. В шаговой доступности красивая набережная. Это самая лучшая локация в городе. Вайфай отличный.

Очень хорошая гостиница,в своём собственном стиле, уютные номера. Очень понравился #505 😁 Отличный персонал, всегда готовый помочь, к ним можно обратиться по любому вопросу. Вкусные завтраки, шведский стол. Особенно понравились блинчики с яблоком и хороший кофе. Данную гостиницу рекомендую, приезжаю не первый раз.

Дверь в номер не работала все три дня пребывания, войти в номер вечером можно было только через консьержа. Косяки дверей обшарпаны, в ванной комнате кривой слой герметика в чёрных пятнах вероятно плесени. В спальне и ванне летают непонятные насекомые чуть меньше мухи размером, летят вероятно из вытяжки, окна не открывал. Гостиница очень нуждается в косметическом ремонте. Разнообразный завтрак уровня хорошей столовой, но если есть время, вкуснее можно поесть в любой кофейне рядом. Из плюсов: есть небольшой тренажерный зал, вежливый персонал на входе и в кафе, местоположение, цена, толстые стены.

Отличная гостиница на главной площади города. Ухоженное здание и прилегающая территория: чистота, растения в кадках. Внутри тоже все с иголочки, свежий ремонт, красивые лестницы и лифты. Заселили быстро, очередей нет. Рядом со стойкой регистрации есть бесплатный лимонад, вода и кофе для постояльцев. Номер довольно просторный, большая ванная комната, есть халат и тапочки, чайник, красивый вид из окна на площадь. Кровать удобная, ночью было тихо, можно заказать завтрак за 500 рублей — в здании работают два ресторана. В целом очень комфортная и приятная атмосфера, все понравилось. Цены не задирают. Остановлюсь еще.
