Very clean hotel and room with a warm welcome where I had the pleasant surprise of having been upgraded at no extra cost. Room with all the necessary equipment. Very good bedding, and ESPECIALLY good sound insulation, something rare in hotels. So I highly recommend it if you are passing through Belfort and looking for a good hotel to spend a good night.

The location is very good, just opposite the train station and just across the road. The hotel's breakfast is relatively simple, but it is more convenient for commuting by train. The room is not big, but very clean. Good reviews!

Un hôtel simple et très correct, face à la gare, ouvert très tard, calme. Le plus grand écran de télévision que j'ai jamais vu dans un hôtel de cette gamme, matelas confortable, salle de bain petite mais suffisante. Je n'ai testé ni le Wifi ni le petit déjeuner, un peu cher à 15 euros. Table de travail juste suffisante pour un petit portable. Déco des couloirs un peu brute de fonderie.

De passage à Belfort j’ai poussée la porte du Best Western j’ai demandée à cette personne si je peux prendre un café elle m’a répondu Non en attendant l’arrivée de mon train , je suis choquée par cette femme alors que s’était désert personne au bar ! Je lui dis aucun Hôtel ne refuse de servir à boire c’est la première fois 😱très arrogante cette personne na pas envie de travailler quel laisse la place au personne aimable qui accueille le client poliment ! Je dinde que je suis pas la seule qui a été remballé ! J’ai laisser mes cordonnées pour qu’on me rappelle la responsable ne m’a pas rappelé irrespectueux !

I often stay at this hotel due to its proximity to the train station. Very quiet, close to the city center and very well maintained. The staff is very attentive and very cordial... The breakfast is excellent with very good quality products

Lovely room and super comfortable bed. Friendly and professional receptionist. Recommended for holidays or others and also super convenient station right opposite. Rating of 10 for the entire stay. The only downside is that the desk sticks too closely to the bed.

Great stay! Hotel located directly opposite Belfort Ville train station. Very welcoming and really friendly staff. Smiling and attentive. Very nice room with good bedding and nice bathroom.
