Hotel staff were lovely and so helpful. Room was cleaned well everyday! Bed was super comfy with good pillow choices
Excellent food in the morning, proper Ulster fry, no complaints at all!

We sincerely thank Ctrip and the hotel for their communication and agreeing to change the check-in to the next day for free, which reduced our losses. We stayed here last night for our annual girls trip to belfast, first time staying at this hotel as we normally book right in the city centre. The staff were all lovely and very friendly, the breakfast was beautiful and a great choice to suit all! There was a lovely waiter at breakfast I didn't catch his name but he was so good at his job chatting to the customers and going over and beyond to ensure everyone was happy, he had a southern accent so well done to him as the service and breakfast will certainly bring us Back here again.
