Apartment did what it said on the tin was somewhere to sleep! Overall the apartment was very run down and dirty. The couch had 2 big rips at either end, the skirting boards were caked in dirt as were the blinds. There was a chip missing out the bottom of the bath. The run down state didn't just apply to the room the corridors leading to the room were in the same state. Prior to staying I was sent an email about paying the £100 deposit prior to going as it makes check in easier. Sent the deposit over all was well, on leaving asked when would I recieve it back and was told 72 hours. 72 hours has now passed, they're not responding to any emails, phone just rings and rings. Absolute farce of a company and will not be letting this lie! My own fault for not reading reviews properly as this seems to be something they do on a regular occurrence, would avoid simply because of this. They shouldn't state a time frame in their documentation if they cant or have no intention to adhering to it, you should never have to chase your own money!
