Di ritorno dal Kruger NP e diretti a Johannesburg, ci siamo fermati in questa location sia per dormire, spezzando così il viaggio, sia per cenare. La parte albergo? Semplicemente straordinaria! Io e mia moglie eravamo in una bellissima e spaziosissima camera matrimoniale con un letto enorme e con tutti i comfort necessari. Bellissima la vista dalla camera. I ragazzi (due ragazzi e una ragazza) erano invece sistemati in un cottage semplicemente meraviglioso! Enorme, indipendente e arredato di tutto il necessario per una vacanza all'insegna del relax. Sicuramente da considerare come idea per una vacanza nella bellissima campagna sudafricana. Il ristorante? Abbiamo cenato e fatto la colazione il giorno successivo. L'ambientazione del ristorante è bellissima. Tutto è curato nei minimi particolari. Il personale di sala è gentilissimo e simpaticissimo. Si mangia bene e si spende il giusto. L'unico neo dell'esperienza (ma non dipende certo da questa struttura) è la strada per arrivare, che mette a dura prova le sospensioni di qualsiasi macchina. Comunque, da consigliare assolutamente!

Kloppenheim Country Estate was such a beautiful place to stay, with the unique rooms that felt like home. The fire place and dynamic of the room made one feel very peaceful and at ease to stay there all day, enjoy the fire and take in the beautiful African view . Taking a walk around the area and taking in the country was a very well needed break away from the city.

Excellent service! We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The level of service from the manager, the ladies that received us when we arrived, the restaurant staff to the rest of the staff, was exceptional. I have not experienced this kind of attention to all our needs.

We had the pleasure of staying at Kloppenheim over the Easter weekend. The staff went out of their way to please us and doing it with a big welcoming smile. The food was exceptional!! The Accommodation one of its kind, with a nice fireplace and a breathtaking view , you can have a peaceful night's sleep. Lots to do for the entire family. Its a magical place

I loved everything about this resort! The staff & management in particular, are amazing. And it's as if they do well without even trying particularly hard. Ie., it just comes naturally. It's clear that everybody is very well-trained. Extremely beautiful surroundings, excellent service and the MOST amazing food!

This hotel is a shadow of its former self and feels like it’s at the end of its life. The property is outdated, with a dirty pool and rooms that are both unclean and very old-fashioned. There’s no air conditioning, and we even found belongings from previous guests under the bed. The reception area lacks any welcoming atmosphere and didn’t even provide us with the Wi-Fi password. Although the staff in the restaurant was friendly, we were the only guests there. A disappointing experience overall. Place will probably close soon.
