L’emplacement de l’hôtel perché dans l’arrière pays de Perpignan est exceptionnel Le bâtiment dans un ancien cuvage est superbe Quelques explications sur l’histoire du lieu auraient été les bienvenues Les chambres sont très belles et la literie confortable En revanche le dîner était décevant Tout était bon mais la portion du plat principal était trop réduite Le potage est arrivé à peine tiède Les descriptions des plats étaient très approximatives De plus rien ne mettait en avant l’étoile verte avec les produits locaux et en circuit court Pour ce qui est du petit-déjeuner, le buffet gourmand était vraiment très limité (loin de valoir 20€) On peut comprendre qu’entre les fêtes il y ait moins de personnel. Il conviendrait dans ce cas-là d’adapter l’offre et les tarifs car la prestation n’était pas à la hauteur de ce que nous avons payé Mention particulière au sommelier (Florian?) qui a tenu le service et le petit-déjeuner à bout de bras

L’accueil est très soigné, très professionnel sans être guindé. Le dîner à la Coopérative (nous avions choisi 4 services) nous a ravis : une succession de surprises toutes plus goûteuses et singulières. Le calme du lieu auquel la décoration et l’agencement de l’espace contribuent beaucoup ont fait de notre court séjour un moment parfait. La pause au spa en a été une sorte de couronnement ! Merci.

Excellent !
Excellent séjour au Domaine de Riberach. Accueil souriant et efficace. Belle chambre aménagée dans les anciennes cuves du chai avec terrasse et vue sur la montagne. Dîner au restaurant la Coopérative (1*) très apprécié ! Piscine naturelle très agréable. Spa privatisé. Recommandé !!

Belesta is a very small village, near Perpignan but feels quite remote and wild, very quiet but a lovely base to explore from - exceptional rooms and exceptional food.

Une des hôtels les plus calme que j’ai connu La vue est très jolie et dégagée C’est une belle bâtisse Les chambres sont spacieuses, modernes et la loterie confortable Seul petit bémol, le parking est assez petit par rapport à l’hôtel et n’est pas couvert ni fermé
