The hotel is in a very good location. The infrastructure is very basic, the bed is comfortable and the shower works properly. The cable TV does not work. The breakfast is basic, but well prepared (excellent tapioca pudding). It could be an excellent service hotel if it weren't for the service. The staff are ill-willed, it seems like everything is a favor. The Andrade chain buys old hotels and transforms them into good service hotels, for those who are only staying for the basics. I have stayed at other hotels in the chain, and what they lacked in infrastructure they made up for in flexibility and friendliness of the staff. Here, there is only ill-will and negligence. They should take staff from other hotels and train them, so as not to burn the chain.
