I have stayed here twice for the egg tart shop next door. The location is great. Since I booked two days on different floors this time, the counter specially helped me arrange them together. Thank you very much. I slept well and will come back again. .

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. So accommodating and thoughtful throughout our stay—would absolutely recommend!

Terrible experiencia. Llegamos al apartamento y nos decepcionó Pedro. Les dimos nuestro DNI y acto seguido nos dice que no aparecemos en su agenda semanal de reservas. Nos empezamos a poner nerviosos y acto seguido se le aparecía nuestra reserva más abajo. Y aqui empieza la pesadilla. Nos dice que booking ha reservado más habitaciones de las que ellos tienen disponibles y que no puede hacer nada por nosotros. Lluviendo a mares, con reserva para 4 días y sin saber dónde ir. Aquí empieza una pelea con booking y el hotel para ver quién es el responsable de esta mala gestión. Aquí el único que ha perdido es el cliente. Al que han arruinado su primer viaje con su pareja y convertido toda esta gestión en una película de terror. He de decir que no somos los únicos a los que le han pasado. Pedro nos dijo que pasa SEMANALMENTE. Así que cuidado con alojaros aquí. Pd: la historia acaba aún peor. Booking nos ofrece una compensación de 60€ para buscar un nuevo hotel. Te hacen un reembolso pero el dinero llega en varios días. Los 60€ de compensación es una broma de mal gusto, porque los hoteles que quedan son o muuuuy malos o extremadamente caros en comparación a lo que pagamos por este hotel hace unas semanas. ¡¡Mucho cuidado!! Porque booking le echa la culpa al hotel y este a booking. Mientras tanto tú, con las maletas en la calle y sin saber dónde ir. Pd: Pedro ha sido muy amable con nosotros desde el primer momento
