We came in the hotel around 10AM with my partner for family vacation. The reception staff was not fluent in English and it was hard for us to understand each other which was odd. They told us to come back at 1PM and gave us the bracelets. The good part was that we were able to use the facilities. We came back on the reception around 2 PM and we were told 2 times that our rooms will be ready in few minutes, finally after 1 hour of waiting around 3 PM we were finally transported to the our room in a rush. The facilities as toilets were clean, but not in the best condition, the restaurant was clean and it seemed renovated, the beach was rocky, but the it was nice & clean, the WIFI was very good. On the first night there was something which happened and bothered me the most we needed an extra blanket and we waited for more than an hour for it (arrived after 12PM) and then when housekeeping cleaned the room on day 3 they took it and didn’t replace it. (FYI They were cleaning every day) Tip: Note that if you are planing to leave your hair conditioner at home this will be bad idea, as the only provided product is for hair & body and it’s not the best. Besides the things above the food was great tasty with big variety and amazing service. The Italian À la carte was waste of time as the food in the main restaurant was 100 times better. The drinks had too much sugar but the bartenders were on top of their service day and night always positive. It also seemed like the hotel is dealing well with the waste during all services. The daytime entertainment was the best I’ve ever seen so far in Turkey. Elena, Olga, Luca, Sava & Erika did their best and I changed my mind about the place based on the way they made me feel. They all tried to involve with the guests by knowing their names and trying to know them better. Thank you guys you were the best! 🌟 Something which can be improved will be if the hotel doesn’t have the same performance 2 weeks in a row as I met many guests staying for more than a week telling me what happened last week. Still, again everyone who was part of the entertainment team was on another level with everything they did & made us feel! Every night we had our night walks and we were impressed by the nice & clean atmosphere ( very romantic) We left the hotel with great memories & plans to come back! P.S. Best resort ever....best food...good programs...great team ...the reception is great and very understanding ......the view is amazing and unbelievable....wifi is very good....great entertainment....great
