21-24 Aralık tarihleri arasında ailemle birlikte Gloria Verde Resort Belek’te konakladık. Bu süreçte yaşadığımız deneyimleri detaylıca paylaşmak istiyorum: 1. Personel ve Hizmet Kalitesi • Gloria Verde Resort’un personel ekibi gerçekten mükemmel bir hizmet anlayışına sahip. Çalışanlar her zaman güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi, bu da otelde kendimizi çok rahat hissetmemizi sağladı. Sürekli bir ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını sorarak, her an yanımızda olduklarını hissettirdiler. • Resepsiyonda bizi karşılayan Emre Bey, otel ve odamız hakkında oldukça detaylı bilgi verdi. Odaya geçmeden önce yaklaşık 20 dakika boyunca oteli tanıttı ve tüm sorularımıza sabırla cevap verdi. Bu detaylı bilgilendirme, tatilimize çok güzel bir başlangıç yapmamıza olanak tanıdı. 2. Kids Club Deneyimi • Kids Club, ailemiz için tatilin en özel noktalarından biri oldu. Kızımız burada çok keyifli vakit geçirdi. Özellikle Buse Hanım, kızımıza birebir ilgi göstererek onun eğlenceli bir tatil deneyimi yaşamasını sağladı. • Ancak Kids Club’ın akşam saat 21:00’de kapanması biraz erken geldi. Çocuklar için aktivitelerin daha geç saatlere kadar devam etmesi, ailelere daha fazla esneklik sağlayabilir. 3. Yemekler ve Restoran Hizmeti • Otelin yiyecek ve içecek hizmeti gerçekten üst düzeydi. Tüm yemekler lezzetli ve hijyenikti. Çeşitlilik oldukça tatmin ediciydi ve her damak zevkine hitap eden bir menü sunulmuştu. • Özellikle San Sebastian tatlısı, tatilin en unutulmaz lezzetlerinden biriydi. Hayatımızda yediğimiz en iyi San Sebastian olabilir! Bu tatlıyı denemeden otelden ayrılmamanızı kesinlikle öneririm. • Restoran personeli de oldukça ilgiliydi. Özellikle garsonlardan Oğuzhan Bey, üç gün boyunca bizimle birebir ilgilendi ve her ihtiyacımıza yardımcı oldu. Bu özenli yaklaşımı için kendisine teşekkür ederiz. 4. Spor Salonu • Spor salonu, temizlik ve ekipman kalitesi açısından tam not aldı. Aletlerin tamamı yeni ve bakımlıydı. Spor yapmayı sevenler için otel, bu yönüyle de çok tatmin edici bir deneyim sundu. 5. Shuttle Servisler ve Diğer Oteller • Gloria Golf Hotel ve Gloria Serenity Hotel’e gün içinde shuttle servisleriyle ulaşım sağlanması, otelin sunduğu önemli bir kolaylık. Bu servis sayesinde farklı alanları keşfetme şansı bulduk. • Ancak bu otellerde yiyecek ve içecek hizmetlerinin ücretli olması, küçük bir eksiklik olarak değerlendirilebilir. Bu hizmetlerin ücretsiz sunulması, deneyimi daha da kusursuz hale getirebilirdi. Sonuç Olarak Gloria Verde Resort Belek, her açıdan beklentilerimizi karşılayan bir otel oldu. Güler yüzlü ve profesyonel çalışanları, aile dostu hizmetleri, hijyenik ve lezzetli yemekleriyle bizden tam not aldı. Ailecek keyifli bir tatil geçirmek isteyen herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. Özellikle çocuklu aileler için Kids Club büyük bir artı.

I would like to declare my sincere gratitude for the most professional and friendly service at Hotel Verde, especially from the staff at the reception: Viktoria, Merve, Nafejde, Sebnem and of course to the very special lady, Parastoo, most attentive and at the same time modt genuine and friendly lady, I really appreciated her attitude for serving me and all the clients. I have really no complaints whatsoever regarding the sevice I got, mainly at the reception, but overall in the Hotel as well as at Gloria Golf (caddie master staff, the golfcourses and restaurant. Excellent value for the money. Well done, and I will come back in february 2025👍😊⛳️björn holming from Finland.

Lovely hotel, one of the smaller hotels by Belek standards. Service, as usual for Belek, was 6*. Staff were amazing, always smiling & ever helpful. Buffet restaurant had a great selection for every meal and was never too busy. Disappointing menus in the a la carte restaurants and there were too many large groups booked in to a small space making them hectic & noisy. Not a relaxing experience for two people. Disappointing junior suite compared to the other five Belek resorts we have stayed in previously. Bathroom too small & wardrobe space very poor for a weeks stay with limited access to the hanging space due to sliding doors and only three drawers in the whole room. The main room was adequate but with no coffee maker or treats we felt a little short changed. Overall we enjoyed our stay but there are better hotels available for a similar price.

Hotel, Golf course and sevice was 5 Star. The all inclusive at the hotel and golf course was really nice and all the group were very happy and had a great experience. A perfect place for a golfing holiday.

Wir waren das erste mal im Gloria VERDE. Unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als erfüllt. Das Gesamtpaket aus Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit, Essen, Trinken, Schlafen, Golf spielen - das alles ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen gerne wieder mit unserer Gruppe. Vielen Dank an das Gloria VERDE Team!!!

Hotel und Hotelzimmer waren gut, das Essen im italienischen Restaurant war nicht gut (sehr Fett) und ich bin da nicht empfindlich. Die Speisen beim Frühstück und beim Abendessen waren teilweise nur lauwarm. Fisch vom Grill war SUPER!! Die beiden Golfplätze waren eine Freude zu spielen. Personal unheimlich nett und zuvorkommend!

My favourite hotel in Belek, all the staff are high level of service. Even they know me by name (being there several times.) The golf club and the practice areas are 5*. The golf manager and director are the most helpful persons I've ever met.
