Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel did not meet our expectations. Accommodation: We had to change rooms several times due to excessive noise. One of the rooms had a connecting door to the neighboring room, where guests were loud until late at night. After being moved to another room at 1:00 AM, we encountered a persistent smell of urine coming from the toilet, which was not resolved even after four visits from maintenance – they only sprayed air freshener. We also found a boiled egg under the furniture. Cleanliness: The toilets in the hotel, on the beach were repeatedly dirty, often with urine on the floor. We have stayed in many hotels in Belek, including top resorts, but have never encountered such poor hygiene. The beach toilet was particularly neglected and everything felt old and worn out. Services and facilities: Coffee was often served in dirty cups. The overall condition of the hotel facilities appears outdated and in need of renovation. We have experience with several high-end hotels in Belek, but sadly, this one was disappointing and, in its current condition, we cannot recommend it.

We booked our stay at Cornelia Diamond through Jet2 and can confidently say it exceeded our expectations in every way. Having stayed at various hotels in Lara Beach and Belek, we found this property to be truly exceptional and a cut above the rest. Arrival & Check-In We arrived by car from Antalya Airport and were immediately impressed by the smooth valet service — our luggage was promptly unloaded, and our car was whisked away with no hassle. Check-in was quick and professional, and the concierge spoke excellent English. We were even given a compact welcome booklet containing key information on dining, entertainment, and facilities, which also served as a holder for our room keys — a thoughtful touch. Room & Comfort Our room was the most spacious we’ve had at any resort. Located at the front of the property (facing away from the beach), it was quiet and well-insulated from the evening entertainment — ideal since we were travelling with a child. The room was clean, well-furnished, and extremely comfortable. Housekeeping and room service were excellent — the minibar was restocked daily, including snacks and chocolates. On our final day, we were touched to find special “Good Morning” and “Good Night” cards placed by our bedside. Staff even called us several times during our stay to check if we needed anything. Dining & Food Quality In a word: exceptional. The variety was impressive — Indian, Turkish, Russian, sushi nights, seafood spreads — with something different to enjoy every day. The food was consistently flavourful and beautifully presented. Live cooking stations featured fresh kebabs, meats, and fish, while other sections offered soups, freshly made pizza, gözleme, and pasta that rivalled dishes we’ve had in Italy. The desserts were spectacular — from alcohol-free and alcohol-infused tiramisu to a stunning selection of baklava and other intricately crafted sweets. Service was impeccable — waiters were attentive and often refilled glasses before we even asked. Do arrive early, as the main buffet does get busy. The Dome Restaurant by the pool offers lighter fare like chicken rotisserie, wraps, and pizza, while the Bubble Restaurant (open 24/7) is great for a quieter meal when the main buffet is closed. Children’s Facilities & Kids Club Cornelia Diamond truly shines for families. The main buffet includes a dedicated kids’ section with low tables and chairs, and the Cornie Kids Club is outstanding. Facilities include: • A LEGO room • Main playroom and soft play area • Indoor bike/scooter track • Consoles, air hockey, and table football for older kids • Slides, trampolines, and rope bridges for little ones There’s a nightly kids’ disco followed by rotating children’s shows — from clowns and Frozen characters to balloon artists who work tirelessly to make sure every child leaves with a balloon animal (even if it takes until 11pm!).
