Ela Excellence Resort Belek

Had a wonderful holiday in this hotel. Food was good, staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Akerke and Gulnur from Guest assistance who made outstanding efforts in order to make our stay perfect.

Beautiful hotel, lovely food, fantastic service, very clean and well maintained, great holiday, would definitely return. Located 5 mins (taxi) from Belek centre. From the moment we arrived we were greeted and introduced to a team who looked after us. We were added to a wattasp group which was a brilliant idea. Any issues at all even booking restaurants you do via wattasp, rather than going to reception. Special mention and big thanks to Serhat, Lara and Husseyin who were very helpful, responsive and provided a great service. We stayed in a lake house family room which was lovely, the view from our room was stunning. These rooms are on second floor but if we return, would book a swim up room which are below. By the lake house pool, the beds are more comfortable and it was quieter , there are a couple of cabanas to use and in each umbrella had a QR code to order drinks. The lads serving the drinks on roller boots are great and polite. Pools; very clean and lovely, getting a bed was easy, no getting up and reserving them, there was no need to. Slides great and pool areas constantly being cleaned and bins emptied. Food: was restaurant based with a good variety. I cannot comment on Buffett lunch as we did not go, the breakfast was nice, the evening Buffett was ok but I did find the food luke warm and similar each time we visited. We did the Mexican and Turkish restaurants (included) both were lovely. Our last visit to turkey was to Delphin hotel in Lara and they had food stalls jotted around resort where you could readily pick up fries, chicken nuggets, pizzas, paninis etc -this hotel was not the same although you could get the food , just not in stalls the way some hotels do it. There was a fruit stall, coffee shop, patisserie (cakes amazing) and juice bar -service was great. Bars; pool bar was the main one. There was a good selection of branded drinks and the service was good. Lovely bars inside too which we used each evening, again brilliant service. We hired a cabana on the beach (extra charge) which had a call button inside where you could order food and drinks. Grounds are stunning and very well maintained, spotlessly clean. Could not fault this hotel, staff work very hard and it shows. Would 100%return.

Full review later, just wanted to review the activities while I am here. If you would like to relax by the pool or beach then this is an excellent hotel for the whole family. I like to exercise on holiday and this hotel has the most extensive program of activities I have seen. A dedicated yoga area, an extremely well equipped and air conditioned gym, pool activities include aqua mat (Pilates on water!), aqua spin and aqua trampoline. Water volley and volleyball. Out the pool there is tabata, cross fit, kangoo jumps, Zumba, aerial yoga, boccia plus more. With the excellent food and great exercise options you could have a very healthy holiday. Or use as an excuse for all the ice cream, pastries and baklava!

We had a wonderful time at the ELA Excellence Resort Belek! Great staff, a picturesque territory, a delicious large variety of food and a very orderly room. The highlight of our stay was definitely the spa visit where we had a great Hamam experience with Hanuta and Abem. A big thank you to everyone who made our holiday so pleasant!
