Perfect holiday. I would give this place 10 star rating. The service was exceptional, our room was great. Special shout out to Sena Altay (Ela Assistant) for memorable experience. She was there 24 x 7 if we needed anything and would act on out request straight away. I would recommend this resort 100%.

Konferans için invictus firmamızla Ela hotelinde 6 günlük konaklama yaptık. Resepşyondan başlayıp tüm departmanlardaki çalışan personelleri ilgili yardımsever, sorunları çözme odaklı çalışan ekipleri var. Misafir ilişkilerinde çalışan Merve hanıma ve resepsiyonda çalışan sevda hanıma ayrı teşekkür etmek istiyorum, bu süreçte çok yorsam da onları, yardım severliği bırakmadılar.

Отличный отель, очень внимательный персонал, разнообразное и качественное питание. Ожидание оправдал. Были в ноябре 2024 года, к сожалению, не долго всего 4 дня, но успели посетить два ресторана а ля карт со средиземной кухней и итальянской. Рестораны понравились, кухня средиземного приятно удивила. Во время питания в общем зале, официанты всегда были рядом, подавали напитки, убирали лишние тарелки, внимательные. Выбор блюд в общем ресторане был большой, ела свежая и вкусная. Хоть и летний сезон был закрыт, народу было не много, но на территории отеля работали бар, кофейня. В спа подогреваемый бассейн с фреш баром, несколько парных, все чистенько. На улице также был один пологремаевый бассейн, но водичка не парное молоко, на любителя. В номере мини бар, который регулярно пополняли если было необходимо, уборку производили каждый день, постельное идеально белое, номер убирали хорошо. В барах хороший алкоголь, импортный, разнообразие напитков. Детская комната с анимацией работала, тетерев нравилось в ней, особенно изучение профессий. На пляже лежаки стояли, можно было присесть и любоваться видом моря и вдыхать морской воздух. Конечно вода в море прохладная, искупаться было не очень, но были и моржи. В общем довольна всем, рекомендую.

Çalışan arkadaşkar çok ilgililer bi sorun olduğunda yardımcı oldular yemekler çok lezzetliydi kırmızı et balık herzaman var içkilerde en iyi markalar bulunuyor ve extraya girmiyor temizlik mükemmel ısıtmalı havuz ve hamam çok güzel vakit geçirdik.

Excellent hotel, the service provided to us was really nice , the staff is very welcoming and will take care of your needs. The hotel has every facility that you would need for your holiday, spa, indoor out door heated pools, and the 24 hour restaurant are a highlight. They also have Ela Assistant service and a whtsapp service which is available till 12.00 am at night which i found very helpful. We had Sena as our EA assistant who was there to help us with everything we needed, or any assistance we required.
