Отдыхаем сейчас в этом отеле! Все просто печально. Мухи роем в ресторане. Антисанитария полная. Номер я вообще молчу😭 грязное постель и полотенца. Элементарно нет стаканов в номере зато чайник стоит . В общем даже на 3 звезды не тянет. Ну в общем ужас. Жалко испорченный отдых и потраченные деньги Теперь переживаю не подцепить бы что на грязные постели и в кухне с мухами. Просто хотим все отсюда уехать. За столько лет путешествий в первый раз. Обращаюсь к администрации отеля - решите вопрос с рестораном и мухами, устраните этот ужас!

We have visited the hotel in 2022. It says 5* Hotel but I would give it 2*. It was the first time we have decided to pay a premium price for 5* service but this was waste of money and big disappointment. We travel a few times a year and this 5* Hotel was a mistake. The place was dirty, the glasses everywhere, the carpets vey messy. It was the first time when I didn’t take my clothes from my suitcase. The wardrobe was old, very used and falling apparat. When we found a rat ( first night experience) in the kids room, we have asked to clean the room and get a new one. The room was cleaned following day in the afternoon ( after several demands). The receptionist promised a new room but that didn’t happen. When I spoke to the manager, he laughed and said that “the nature is close to us”. He wouldn’t change the room. He wouldn’t take us seriously . We were so cross to the point that we wanted to change the hotel. In the end we have booked so many activities to just stayed away from this place. I do not recommend this hotel!!! So we took the opportunity to explore the place. Please be aware that “free” doesn’t mean free. We have chosen a few trips, one was free of charge. Nobody told us that we need waterproofs and shoes for the rafting. Charge €10 each ( do not worry if you have no cash on you - the bus driver will go to the hotel with you to take the money). They expect the tips for everything. Trip to Pamukkale- very expensive. We left 4 am to spend 2 hours collecting other tourists from the city. After that we were transferred to a coach for additional 6 hours ride - not worth it. You arrived at Pamukkale and a few hours later you need to get back.;( Why the information about 2 hours waste of time on the bus weren’t provided. Just one disappointment after another. So we not only paid a premium price for “5*” which was a 2* Hotel and spent a lot of money on attractions we didn’t plan or budget for.

Nous avons réservé sur le site de l'hôtel 2 chambres promos du 23 au 30 JUILLET 2022_une fois arrivé on a remarqué que les chambres n'étaient pas insonorisées et que le nettoyage avait fait à la va vite nous entendions les bruits des autres chambres. Le seul point port de l'hôtel c'est son emplacement en front de mer et la nourriture à volonté. En parlant de nourriture nous avons remarqué qu'il y avait des mouches partout en mangeant ç'est pas évident, nous avons été malade aussi à cause de la nourriture, à refaire de dirait non sauf si les chambres sont rénovées et qu'il y a plus de mouches

Eşimle ve 5 aylık bebeğimle çok araştırdıktan sonra yorumlara da bakarak tercih ettik ve pişman olmadık. Personel ilgisiyle, güleryüzüyle güzel bir tatil geçirmemizi sağladı bu sebeple otel çalışanlarına çok teşekkür ederim. Bebeğinizle ve çocuklarınızla gönül rahatlığıyla gidilecek bir otel. Plaj, konum, yemekler, hijyen her şey çok iyi. İstediğimizden daha fazlasını bulduğumuz için çok mutlu ayrıldık herkese tekrardan çok teşekkürler.

We spent week in Soho Hotel Belek as the reviews were quite good, I would not say this hotel is more than 3.5, especially the rooms. Rooms are dated, toilet flush runs 24/7, curtains were hanging off rail, mould all over bathroom with a bad smell to it, one might say you only sleep in there but it could do with some updating. The food was good, pools, bars and beach were too. The staff is not very friendly and hardly speak any English. (I do understand that I should have spoken Turkish when going there)

Dieses Hotel würde ich auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen! Es fing schon an als wir die Rezeption betretet haben! Wir wurden sehr launisch Empfangen das Personal an der Rezeption hat erst mal 10 Minuten sein Persönliches Telefonat zu ende geführt bevor wir bedient wurden! Desweiteren wurde während des Check ins dauernd unterbrochen um WhatsApp zu schreiben! Man hat gleich gemerkt wir sind hier nicht willkommen! Dann wurden wir mit einem Golfwagen zur Unterkunft gebracht! Uns wurde nicht gezeigt wo der Pool, Strand oder die Restaurants sich befinden! Da der Fahrer immer noch mit WhatsApp schreiben beschäftigt war! Angekommen im Zimmer stellten wir fest das es komplett heruntergekommen war! Türe und Schloß kaputt Haare und Dreck überall Schimmel in der Dusche und die Duschbrause kaputt Blutige Bettlagen und sehr Hellhörig jede Nacht durften wir den Nachbarn bei ihrem täglichen Techtelmechtel zuhören! Im Restaurant wurden wir sehr höflich empfangen zu loben war der sehr Freundliche Restaurant -Chef er hat sich mehr um die Kinder gekümmert als die Animation! Die Animateure sehr unfreundlich und kein Dienst! Für deutsche Kinder hatten sie kein lächeln übrig! Die Poolanlage an sich ist sehr schön, auch der Strand war echt Toll schade das nicht mehr daraus gemacht wurde!

Худший отель среди лучших. Держите меня семеро.....понеслось: Отдыхали октябрь 2022г. - 2 недели. Все по порядку: Еда. Однообразная, голодными не останетесь, но без всяких изысков, и всё не вкусно. Завтрак: с 7.00 до 10.00. Если пришёл в 9.30 то можешь остаться без всего. Жарили яичницу, то к этому времени её уже не будет. Давали круассаны, то к этому времени их нет. Называется "долго спишь" или как говорится "в большой семье ебл...м не щелкают" Убирать еду начинают в 9.50. Заявлен поздний завтрак с 10.00 до 11.00. Ну ну...поешь что останется, точнее НИЧЕГО. Посуда грязная, всегда нужно протирать вилки, ножи, стаканы заляпаные, тарелки всегда мокрые и грязные. Из еды это яичница, варёные яйца, омлет с молоком, омлет с помидорами, оладья, сосиски, сыры и колбасы, одна каша, йогурт, из выпечки, только круассаны. Вроде много, но всё не вкусно. На "от'..бись". Так и есть ребят... Обед: с 12.30 до 14.30 два супа, куча майонезных салатов, и как всегда из-за дня в день курица и только курица, какая хотите, вареная, жареная, гриль и тд. Из рыбы это в основном жареная СКУМБРИЯ или СЕЛЕДКА. За 10 дней один раз была дорадо и сибас и один раз радужная форель. И это если ты пришёл в 12.30. После 13.00 ты получишь СКУМБРИЮ или СЕЛЕДКУ. Ужин: с 18.30 до 21.00. Майонезные салаты, овощные, курица, куда ж без неё, индейка, жареная СЕЛЕДКА и СКУМБРИЯ, один раз была баранина. Если прийдешь в 19.30 ничего не будет, еще раз "в большой семье ебл....м не щелкают", и ни кто обновлять блюда не будет. Напитки: на завтрак чай, точнее помои, заварка в чайнике разбовляется постоянно водой, к концу завтрака будите пить подкрашеную воду, которую будите мешать деревянной палкой, да да не ложкой. Чо уж 5 звезд. Соки аппаратные, кола, фанта, спрайт - аппаратные. Вино: белое, красное, розовое. Пиво. Ну и наконец то импортный алкоголь который заявлен в концепции отеля: водка Смирнов, Белис, джин, виски j&b - это всё фикция, это не импортный алкоголь, а местный, который переливается в бутыля импортных напитков. Коктейли это ВООЩЕ отдельная песня. Знаменитый коктейль Мохито в состав которого входит ром, тебе нальют водки. Ром же закончился, попьешь и водки. На ужин хотели выпить ИМПОРТНОЙ водки - закончилась. Дайте пжл соку томатного - закончился. Ребят, серьёзно? Вы отель 5 звёзд ???? Уборка в номере: её нет ВОЩЕ. Вся уборка это - Смена полотенец и замена постельного белья. Это всё. Не хватает слов как застелена кровать, две маленьких простыни стыкуются по середине. Ну, ОК, пусть будет так. 5 звёзд все-таки. Полы не моются, ты ж не с моря приходишь, песка не приносишь....а если принёс так и живи с ним...ЧО УЖ. 5 звёзд. Пляж: проснулся в 7.00 - БЕГИ и ещё раз беги, а то не успеешь ЗАНЯТЬ шезлонг .... ты ж отдыхаешь в "5 ЗВЁЗДах"??? На пляже грязь, окурки, никто не убирает. И вокруг одни ОСЫ летают, нет они не летают, они тебя просто атакуют. Обслуживание: ЕГО НЕТ. НЕ БЫЛО. И НЕ БУДЕТ. ЧО ОК. НАДО БЫЛО ВЫБИРАТЬ 7 ЗВЕЗД. Вывод: РЕБЯТ ВЫ ХУДШИЕ....БЕЗ Б....
