Rixos Premium Belek - the Land of Legends Access

Just back from this hotel, it was amazing something for everyone. The room was cleaned everyday and everyone was welcoming and friendly. The restraunt was also great and something for all the family. The WhatsApp assistants were also very accommodating and couldn’t do enough for us, we had soumaya and wissal. We will defiantly return to this hotel.

We had a lovely time in Rixos, Belek. Nouf and Serdar were excellent and asked us how we were daily. They also updated us with anything we needed to know about. It was out first time traveling abroad with our baby and the hotel made it very easy with a baby kitchen area, cot, steriliser and a baby play area. The service was phenomenal in all areas of the hotel. The staff were so friendly. The food was very good especially the Italian and Asian restaurant. The only negative we have is about the Greek restaurant - we felt the food here was below average and was not comparable to the rest of the resort. Thank you for everything!

The hotel itself is fabulous and I cannot fault it, but what lets it down is some of it's processes and the lack of 'ownership' of some of the concierge/reception staff. As a family group, we had 2 rooms, we all downloaded the Rixos app and were added to a WhatsApp group on arrival. But trying to book the a La Carte restaurants (the only way is through the app) for all of us at the same time was impossible, and trying to follow that up using the WhatsApp group, just seemed to add a layer of confusion. Without the app and the WA group, we would have spoken to staff directly but this wasn't an option. Isn't technology supposed to make life easier ? We also had an issue with the laundry service and didn't get what we requested when we wanted it nor what we paid for. There was no apology or explanation for this. We had never been to Turkey before nor to a Rixos hotel, and this experience hasn't filled me with confidence that we will again....

I don’t even know where to start this was by far the best hotel and holiday I have ever been on from start to finish perfect. The rooms were always clean, the staff were always friendly and helpful. Whatever you wanted they had it. The food and drink options were endless with several al le carte options available we did not once get bored of the food because with normal all inclusives the food can get repetitive. The facilities the hotel had to offer again amazing something for everyone from the many pools, spa, steam room, sauna, gym, and daily activities etc I couldn’t have asked for more we were only sad we didn’t book for longer. We have just got home and are already planning to visit for new year or next year but for two weeks because we loved it so much. You get your own assistant via WhatsApp that basically sorts everything out for you. Ours were atilla and esra and they were the highlight of our holiday there was noting they couldn’t do for us and they would always answer straight away I don’t think our holiday would have been half as good without them. We did paddle boarding and aqua jumping and they were both so much fun and the instructors were amazing, the cleaners were all lovely and all staff were so kind. There was one girl petite with dark hair and wore red nail polish in the Greek restaurant one night she was amazing and osman ocelli I’ve never seen a man more hard working than him in the restaurant he was honestly amazing I wish I had more names to write down and when we come back next I’ll definitely take note of more people because they honestly deserve the praise just as much as the hotel does. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone amazing for couples, friends, family’s just everyone. The pictures speak for themselves thank you for a great holiday see you soon!!
