We have long wanted to visit this hotel. We lived in club room 3924 (bungalow), the room is spacious, next to the main restaurant and reception. A nice bonus is wine with fruit in the room upon arrival. The territory is large, green, the beach is wide, long, there is enough space for everyone, the entrance is gentle, sand. We were at the end of October, no one was swimming in the pools, they are not heated. The water in the sea was 25 degrees. There are many locations where you can sit and spend time. And there is a disco bar. And in the bar on the beach in the evening there was live music and dancing. The dining room is huge. The food is like everywhere else, I did not see any delights, beef, turkey, chicken, lots of vegetables, seasonal fruits: apples, plums, melon, pomegranate. Ayran, freshly squeezed juice in the morning for breakfast. We were not hungry, but something was missing. There are sweets, but they were not impressive. As for alcohol, delicious Tuborg beer, there is also Baileys and Absolut, Aperol Spritz. The quality is normal, they pour generously. In some places the hotel needs updating. The cleaning is mediocre, they did not supply towels, they cleaned almost in the evening! I had to go to the reception for slippers, they promised to bring them, they never did. The staff is mostly friendly. Of course, maybe it's the end of the season, but I did not see any animators at all, no activities either!? The contingent is varied, a lot of local people, they come for the weekend. I liked the vacation, but I can't say that I didn't want to leave and will come back again.

Мне все понравилось в отеле. Вкусная еда с широким выбором. Прекрасный персонал, всегда улыбающийся гостям. Изумительная територия с цитрусовыми деревьями, усыпанными лимонами, грейфрутами, апельсинами, мандаринами и кумкватами. Несмотря на дождливые дни нам удалось играть в теннис почти каждый день благодаря персоналу отеля, который сгонял воду с корта. Есть пожелание к руководству отеля - водосборные канавки на кортах полезно накрыть решеткой или сеткой, чтобы мячиу игроков оставались сухими и чистыми. Большое спасибо персоналу отеля за заботу о гостях!

Отдыхали в начале ноября семьей с двумя малышами 2 года и 8 мес. Солнечно, тепло, в море днем купались, вечером прохладно около 16 градусов. Один день был холодный и дождливый. Мы были готовы к такой погоде. У отеля большая зеленая ухоженная территория, номера хорошие, много развлечений для взрослых и детей. Еда разная, в принципе всего хватает. Морепродуктов таких как кальмары, креветки мало, хотя рыба есть каждый день. Залов несколько, можно обедать и на улице. Есть диетическое питание. Есть отдельный зал с едой для детей и даже детское питание в баночках, но надо мониторить чего нет из детской еды и попросить. Если мне надо было малышу сделать питание то был в доступе блендер. Если что нужно всегда можно попросить. По вечерам детская дискотека, потом шоу и живая музыка. Для детей клуб смурфики где много разных игр и детская игровая площадка с бассейном, живые кролики и уточки в вольере которых можно покормить. Про спа: спа неплохой, делают массаж девушки из Индонезии. Массаж отличный, а вот остальноене впечатлило. Несколько баров и кафе на территории. Пляж без нареканий. Минусы: - официанты плохо чистят подносы у детских столиков. Несколько раз приходилось сталкиваться с недомытыми столиками. - гиды стали странно работать. Если раньше было ощущение что гид помогает тебе освоиться на новом месте, то здесь было ощущение что гид нужен только чтобы предложить платные услуги. - соглашусь с одним из отзывов тоже подхватили вирус - дорого постирать вещи, она как химчистка, было бы лучше если прачечная была в отеле, где есть стиральные машинки и самим за определеную плату можно взять и постирать. Когда едешь с малышами это действительно важно, а проводить и отпуск и стирать совсем не хочется, а хочется отдыхать от «бытовухи» в том числе.
