We have long wanted to visit this hotel. We lived in club room 3924 (bungalow), the room is spacious, next to the main restaurant and reception. A nice bonus is wine with fruit in the room upon arrival. The territory is large, green, the beach is wide, long, there is enough space for everyone, the entrance is gentle, sand. We were at the end of October, no one was swimming in the pools, they are not heated. The water in the sea was 25 degrees. There are many locations where you can sit and spend time. And there is a disco bar. And in the bar on the beach in the evening there was live music and dancing. The dining room is huge. The food is like everywhere else, I did not see any delights, beef, turkey, chicken, lots of vegetables, seasonal fruits: apples, plums, melon, pomegranate. Ayran, freshly squeezed juice in the morning for breakfast. We were not hungry, but something was missing. There are sweets, but they were not impressive. As for alcohol, delicious Tuborg beer, there is also Baileys and Absolut, Aperol Spritz. The quality is normal, they pour generously. In some places the hotel needs updating. The cleaning is mediocre, they did not supply towels, they cleaned almost in the evening! I had to go to the reception for slippers, they promised to bring them, they never did. The staff is mostly friendly. Of course, maybe it's the end of the season, but I did not see any animators at all, no activities either!? The contingent is varied, a lot of local people, they come for the weekend. I liked the vacation, but I can't say that I didn't want to leave and will come back again.

Ездили с детьми 6 и 15 лет. Для начала хочу отметить детскую анимацию , тут все супер , два раза в день игры, сын с удовольствием ходил в детский клуб. Светлане привет и спасибо . Анимация для старшего ребенка тоже на отлично : боча, дартс очень интересно и дружелюбно . Аниматор , который вел дартс- огонь.Йога тоже супер. Стрельба из ружья и лук очень долго , одно ружье и лук на всех. Питание хорошее, красная соленая рыбка периодически присутствовала . Территория очень красивая. Теперь ложка дегтя: жили в бунгало , изначально предложили основное здание , я отказалась о чем потом пожалела. Номера в клубных зданиях очень очень усталые . Но это было бы половина беды. Но однажды ночью к нам что-то залезло в шкаф, шуршало и пищало и это был не кот. Нас переселили в другой номер предложили Аля карт ресторан , но осадочек остался . Резюмируя хочу сказать , что в отель бы вернулись не только в главное здание .

It's the 3rd time i go there and we were greeted from our check-in until we left the hotel. The staff was incredibily kind and very smiling, they recognize us immediately made our stay wonderfully good. Their professionalism is undoubtly their biggest qualities (among other ones). The food, the activities, the beverages were all great. The atmosphere is very cozy and enjoyable in family. Special thanks to Mrs Gökyardim whose professionalism and always smiling service were great as usual and made us feel like home, and all the restaurant & bar staff that do an amazing job pleasing us with always a big smile and nice recommandation (especially Nazyra, Elif, Gül, Maral, Adila, Berfin, Kübra, Arzu, and many others...; to the Spa center (Mrs Eva) that took care of my health, to the animation team (Indira, Mr Artan...) and of course to the Client Relationship Mrs Nurcan that take precious time to listen to any feedback and make the most for our stay to be great. We will come back again...that's for sure

Everything was ok, service was excellent, although the bathrooms were a little bit worn-out, and I had some issues with the cleanness of the inside pool. The outside pools were good maintained. After a few days the food tasted the same, but actually there was a lot to choose from. Yoga was really good, the zumba was not zumba at all in my opinion, just some light sport. The archery for the kids could have been good, but the kids had to wait a lot for their turn. The gym, the saunas, the hamam were ok, and I recommend the massage section too. The beach and the evening shows were good too. Overall I recommend this place. We had really good weather, 27 degree at day, 17 at night on the last week of October. The sea was a little bit cold, but managable.
