Хочу поделиться комментариями о замечательном отдыхе с 24 ноября по 01 декабря 2024 года в любимом МАКССЕ ))) прекрасные ассистенты Айдай и Мария !!! Всегда рядом и готовы помочь !!! Завтрак лучший , который я когда либо пробовала !! Красная икра , вкусный лосось , фрукты , все все !!! А самое важное это для ребенка - гречневая каша с молоком , как в детстве и вкусные сырники и блинчики !! Замечательный русский уголок еды !!! Также хочу отметить замечательную работу детского клуба !!! Прекрасные няни , любящие детей и знающие, как сделать пребывание малыша , которому 2 годика прекрасным !!! Также ,особенно, хочу ответить работу нянь: МАДИНА , Виктория и Наз !!!! Наш малыш находился в надежных руках , а родители могли расслабиться !!!! Спасибо !!! Все на высоте !!!! спасибо за праздник на день рождение малыша , здорово , весело !!! Малышу оч понравилось !!! Спасибо любимый клуб !!! Мы обязательно вернемся к вам еще раз !!!!

Bir balayı düşünüyorsanız gözünüz kapalı Maxx Royal'i tercih edebilirsiniz. Kasım ayı çifti olmamıza rağmen yaz tatili gibiydi bizim için. Başta Max Asistanlar Esra hanım ve Pelin hanım olmak üzere bütün çalışanlar her daim güler yüzlü ve en ufak ihtiyacımızda yardım etmek için yanımızda oldular. Her şeyin en ufak detayına kadar düşünülmüş olması bizi çok mutlu etti. Odamızın manzarası tek kelimeyle mükemmeldi. Öte yandan balayı için özel dekore edilmiş odamızdan çıkmak istemedik. Odaya gelen özel ikramlarla ihtiyaç bile duymadık bazı günler. Açık büfe restoranında aklınıza gelebilecek her çeşit yemek bulabiliyorken ala cart restoranları da her damağa hitap ediyordu. Düğün stresinden kurtulmamıza yardımcı olan herkese çok teşekkür ederiz. Balayı için kesinlikle tercih edilmesi gereken bir otel.

3rd time to this hotel and yet again it was outstanding, I'm struggling to see how this hotel can be beaten on its level of service. Booked through the kaden group this time and they were excellent! Food as usual was exceptional and cannot wait to return!

My wife and I stayed at Maxx Ryal, Belek few times in the past and we enjoyed all facilities and professional services offered during our stay. I recently encountered a problem during my recent booking enquiry and raised the issue to Maxx assistance. mr Teoman Cadan, the manager of Maxx assistance contacted me soon after and following in house investigation resolved the problem professionally to my complete satisfaction. I like to thank mr Teoman and his team for dealing with my issue promptly and professionally.

Decider to take my family of 8 for our annual holiday after visiting this amazing resort few times in the past. Emailed them three time for assistant and information, unfortunately I received no response what do ever! This s not acceptable from one of the top resorts in Europe…..

Visited for a 4 day Birthday and Anniversary celebration. Words cannot describe how wonderful this hotel is. The combination of professionalism and fun is absolutely perfect. A special special shout out to Mr Mertol and Irfan . Their love for Maxx Royal probably exceeds mine and will be absolutely be brilliant going forward. Thanks to everyone as usual but especially Mohammed , Asim and Damilare for going above and beyond it was so greatly appreciated. See you all in 79 days Thanks again Neil & Alison Armstrong

Отличный сервис в отеле и номере, добрая атмосфера, большая ухоженная территория , великолепная кухня ( разнообразие ресторанов)! Прекрасно организованная вертолетная прогулка над побережьем ! Особо хотел бы отметить работу менеджеров Кристина и Ляйла, организовавших обзорный тур по отелю и территории , и решающих абсолютно все вопросы для удобства отдыха клиентов! Приедем еще раз насладиться и сервисом и природой и отелем с работой такого персонала ! Спасибо

Been there few times over the years, and enjoyed every visit. Decided to take a family holiday in April, emails them 3 times, no acknowledgment and no response. Not quite acceptable for one of the best holiday resorts in Europe, maybe this will wake them up !
