Très bon hôtel que je fréquente depuis 15 ans environ 2 fois par an. Tout es absolument parfait . Petit bémol la conciergerie ou les demoiselles ne parlent pratiquement que le russe et la réception qui malheureusement emploie des personnes relativement peu aimables ! Cuisine, chambres et personnel en général parfait. Hôtel à recommander 👍

Tolles Urlaubsresort. Luxuriöse Ausstattung. Hervorragende Küche. Sehr sympathische und kompetente Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen. Besonderer Dank an das Team vom ESTELA (Frühstück: Yusuf , Eva und Dinner: Buğra, Eyüp, İbrahim) - ein toller Service. Vielen Dank auch an Oğuzhan von der Guest Relation.

Es war eine super schöne Zeit, man kann nicht alles und jeden erwähnen. Wir haben nach vielen Jahren dort ein sehr familiäres Verhältnis, nicht nur im Serenity ebenfalls im Verde und im Golf! Die Menschen in allen 3 Hotels sind sehr hilfreich, sehr nett und der Service hat einen Superstandard. Es wurde geholfen; was nur irgendwie geht! Als wir ankamen, war mein Rollator demoliert. Wurde sofort repariert! Wir wurden sehr verwöhnt von allen. In allen Restaurants im Serenity , I’m Verde und Golf super Service und sehr gutes Essen. Unsere Guestrelations toll! Die Rezeption mit Tolga Bey ebenfalls. Nicht zu vergessen unsere Freunde am Eingang,die sich fast überschlagen haben unser Auto zu bringen etc. Zimmermädchen ebenfalls sehr nett. Oben in der schönen neuen Bar , Service ohne Worte super! Und egal wo, alle , im Serenity, Verde, und Golf wussten genau, was wir trinken oder essen wollten, auch im Estela zumFruehstueck. Manchmal denke ich diese Menschen können Gedanken lesen. Es sind keine Wünsche offen geblieben! Unseren großen Dank an alle, besonders Sedat und Hasan! Nächste Woche will ich den Frühjahrs Urlaub buchen!tausend Dank an alle, vermisse jeden!

Returned for my 7th trip to this wonderful resort. Stayed in room 2304. The overall experience is fantastic from the minute you arrive at the front door till the minute you leave. The standards they set themselves are so high that cannot fail to deliver a wonderful experience. All the staff are very friendly and willing to do anything for you. The standard of hygiene is incredible and that is everywhere around the hotel from the rooms, the floors, the toilets, the restaurants, lifts spa, swimming pools and the gardens. The standard of food in the buffet, the French restaurant and Traces were exceptional. The chefs special at Traces is superb. Guest relations ask you for feedback whilst you are there ( Begaiym). I can’t see how anyone could not enjoy a stay at this hotel.

Отдыхали семьёй в октябре, были уже не первый раз. Соотношение цена качество соответствует. Очень понравилось питание в отеле, на завтраках в главном ресторане была милая женщина-повар. К сожалению, не помню имени. Но всегда встречает с улыбкой и утро начинается с хорошего настроения. Так же очень понравился ресторан естела 24/7, вкусная еда и хороший сервис, там официант Мухаррем, всегда с хорошим настроением встречал нас и угадывал наши предпочтения. С уборкой тоже проблем не было, всегда убирались в одно и то же время и никто никому не доставлял неудобств. Так же хотела бы поблагодарить наших ассистентов Анастасию и Бегаим. Девочки очень старались и сделали наш отдых просто прекрасным.

Хорошая люкс пятерка. Прекрасное питание, выбор не огромный, но каждый день новые блюда. Чистые просторные номера, шикарный спа с большим крытым бассейном, насыщенная анимация. Большая ухоженная территория отеля по которой вечером можно гулять. Из минусов: 1. в отеле будет скучно молодежи и парам до 40 лет, тк большинство отдыхающих европейские состоятельные пенсионеры. 2. Пляж находится через речку от территории отеля, если что-то забыл в номере, устанешь возвращаться. Конечно есть багги, но стоять их ждать тоже не удобно. В целом, прекрасный тихий отель высокого уровня, что соответствует названию. Подходит семьям с детьми и возрастным туристам.

We have been to Rixos, Lara hotels, Regnum and Voyage plus many others. Our friends went to Max Royal. As good as this hotel is , it is not quite up to Regnum , Voyage and Max. Golf courses were good, but not amazing condition. Old course was tricky, h'cap below 15 in our view. This is a fabulous hotel with great service. Rooms were lovely, not on the same level as Regnum. What we felt was lacking was the buffet. Having been to other hotels like Regnum, Lara and Voyage, their buffet is outstanding with amazing choice and different areas, Gloria was vey limited( no stations for Indian, Italian, Chinese's etc). Theme nights were poor. As a result we decided pay the extra charge every night for the other restaurants- not ideal and needs to be factored into price you pay. This hotel did not have an adults only pool with quality sunbeds. Only the pier with mattresses. Overall, this hotel targets a different audience to other hotels we have stayed, smaller. less choice , but good quality with great service. We may consider again, but I think there are others ahead of Gloria.
