The hotel is old, rooms, toilets in the public areas especially. If you come to the pool bar you can wait forever for the service - no one will attend, they will turn around from you while walking past you. I don’t know why is it called “high class all inclusive “… as there were no fresh juice, Red Bull casted 3 eur, they did virgin mojito cocktail with mint leaves already brown color. Animation is average during the day, better in the evening. Not enough Sun beds - you need to hunt for it. Towels close at 6 pm when a lot of kids are still in the pool and need a towel; and no lifeguard.
Territory with the swimming pool is beautiful.

Отель оставил очень приятные впечатления! Большая территория, окруженная хвойными деревьями, пение птиц — все это создает невероятно уютную атмосферу. Мы с мужем провели здесь неделю, включая празднование Нового года. Однако именно новогодняя программа немного разочаровала. Отсчет минут и салют были замечательными, но сама развлекательная часть и музыкальное сопровождение, к сожалению, не были адаптированы для международной аудитории. Многие гости выглядели скучающими, некоторые даже покидали программу раньше времени. Было ощущение, что мы оказались на турецкой свадьбе — у нашего стола чуть ли не начали водить хороводы)). Это было немного обидно, учитывая, что за участие в празднике взималась отдельная плата. Ужин по меню тоже не впечатлил, мы остались немного голодными. Тем не менее, в остальном отдых был прекрасным, особенно учитывая зимнюю концепцию. На обед и ужин всегда предлагали рыбу, мясо, пасту — голодными мы точно не оставались. Бармены радовали отличными коктейлями, а отель поздравлял нас с новогодними праздниками, доставляя в номер милые подарки: пряники, конфеты. Особенно хочется отметить девочек из Guest Relation — Юлию и Диану. Они просто умницы: отзывчивые, вежливые и невероятно позитивные. Благодаря им у нас теперь есть две кружки с логотипом отеля, которые будут напоминать об этом отдыхе. Развлекательных программ зимой практически не было, что вполне объяснимо для этого времени года. В целом отдых получился расслабляющим и спокойным — идеальный вариант для зимнего релакса. Огромное спасибо отелю за гостеприимство!

Excellent place, great staff, very good food. We are already missing the place and will definitely come back. The SPA was a wonderful experience. Rooms are large with astonishing view. The staff have made our stay great. We will never forget the food and sweets. A place to return!
