What we experienced at this hotel was simply unacceptable, especially for a place that claims to be “family friendly.” I left my daughter at the kids’ club, trusting she would be safe.A chair fell on her foot while she was there — and no one told me anything. No staff member checked on her. No apology. No explanation. At one point, I asked someone the hotel introduced as the assistant general manager whether the hotel takes responsibility when a child is left at the kids’ club. He simply said, ‘No, we are not responsible.’ That answer alone says everything about their approach to safety and accountability. Our room had ants and spiders, the bathroom was leaking, and nothing felt clean. Staff dismissed all our concerns.:) At the kids’ pool, lifeguards were smoking right next to children. Security guards danced on duty or pushed kids into the pool for fun. One person even fell off the pier, and there was no first aid nearby. During an evening show, fireworks exploded so close that they were flying straight toward me and my child. My daughter got scared and started crying but no staff member came to check if we were okay. I asked several times for the fireworks to be stopped immediately, but I was ignored and met with careless, unprofessional behavior from the staff. Both my 3 and 5 year-old children got sick — vomiting, fever, diarrhea — most likely from the kids’ pool. We asked to speak to the general manager multiple times but were ignored or redirected. When we finally found him, he downplayed everything and made me feel like the problem — simply for being a concerned mother. We witnessed feces in the aqua pool, which children were actively using. It was shocking and completely unhygienic!!! The sun loungers were broken! The bed sheets were only changed after repeated requests — once after 3 days, and then again nearly a week later. We found hair in the children’s meal, which was absolutely unacceptable! Long story short — despite everything that happened and all the issues we reported, not a single apology was offered by the hotel. Instead, we were met with dismissive, even confrontational attitudes. No one ever asked if we were okay! This was not just a bad vacation. It was stressful, unsafe, and emotionally exhausting. Please don’t risk your children’s safety and well-being here. We left feeling hurt, helpless, and completely let down.
