I am a regular visitor to Belchin Garens and often had remarks to the service, but the latest one made me stop even thinking of going there anymore, as what happened is beyond any imagination! An overdose of electric power burned out my very expensive laptop, and the hotel manager in a message to me, said it happens often, and he is very sorry about my laptop burning out. Of course, I brought the case to the relevant authorities and will put it in the court, as they do not respond to my emails, but this is a very strong warning to all future visitors to keep their laptops to tablets far away from the electrical sockets and to pay good attention. I can easily publish my correspondence with the manager if someone is interested! Again, pay good attention going there!

Very bad hotel, cool and uncomfortable. The restaurant was also terrible and expensive. The staff was unpolite. I never go another time to this hotel and restaurant. I recomendet the people dont go there. It must go in Greece or Italy, no to BG.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Spa Hotel Belchin Garden. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, which is perfect for anyone looking to relax. The peaceful atmosphere around the hotel truly made us feel like we escaped from the hustle of everyday life. The staff is OK-ish, not super friendly, but what more or less you would expect in this area. The rooms were spacious and provided the comfort we needed. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely visit again in the future, but most probably in the summertime, since the water in the indoor pool is a bit cold.

Beautiful nature. Leaky roof above the terrace - we were on the 3rd floor. Terribly cold water in the pools. Poor breakfast. There are no shops or cafes in the immediate vicinity of the hotel so one has to drive if you need something not offered by the hotel. Overall not a bad place but it sets its guests for disappointment with a 4 star rating and such high prices.
