I am a 77 year-old widow, who came to Maryland to do an inspection on my home due to threats by the HOA. I ended up homeless trying to take my home. I went to this hotel for shelter and it was the best thing I could’ve ever done because all of the staff, the HouseKeeper, Sara Was so wonderful. It was like having a family protect me. Everything was so clean and so nice and so welcoming. I would recommend this hotel to all travelers because the staff the front desk and everybody it’s very friendly and the hotel is clean. Well kept I have no problems coming back to stay here when I come to Maryland.

I stayed in the Extended Stay in Bel Air from Monday, June 2 to Sunday, June 8th. I was pleased with the Night Clerk Alaya and the service she provided. I had to go back to the front desk because my card wouldn't open the door. Alaya immediately figured out what was wrong and corrected the problem. My wife called the next day and said she was adding 2 more days to my stay because she realized I didn't have a lot of time to see family and friends . When I arrived back at the hotel, Alaya said on your wufe called and added 2 days. She quickly added the 2 days and took my card to pay. I also picked up the free kitchen plates and utensils that I had missed the night before. The room was roomy and comfortable. I cooked several meals in my kitchen, and the bed was comfortable. My only small complaints was the shower did not have a lot of power, and the tv was a little small and was hard to get to come on.

People were very friendly helpful and respectful. Place was clean pretty much. But their cot was very uncomfortable. I’d stay again, but the extended stay in budd lake New Jersey was top notch and my first pick. Staff was more on point amd cots were really comfy.

Everything was great except for the hyperactive devil child in the room above us, running, jumping, bouncing around and stomping on the floor above us day and night..... early morning hours until up to 2 o'clock in the morning. Complained 5 times to the front desk and NOTHING was resolved. Room very clean and smelled nice. **Beds are small and not very comfortable. **Pillows are flat, dated, and extremely uncomfortable. ****BEWARE***** Vending machines will charge you $1.25 for a soda, then add an additional $2.65 fee to each one, bringing the cost of one 20 oz. soda to $3.90 EACH!!!! RIPOFF!!!!!!!
