We checked into this hotel on Dec. 22. I thought it was an all-suite hotel like Springhill Suites, where I usually stay. But our room was just a room, and the bathroom was like a Motel 6. We decided to check out the next day. I told the front desk clerk this, and she "upgraded" us to a suite for free. It was better, and we stayed. It was extremely cold the next 2 days, and the heat did not get above 66 in the suite. Then on Dec 25, our hot water shut off in the middle of a morning shower. It's now 10 pm on Dec 26 and there is no hot water! The front desk clerk told me, "I told you we're having water issues. We expect it to be fixed by Wednesday." I asked if she was telling me we'd have to check out tomorrow, Tuesday, Dec 27, with no showers since Dec 24, and she said she was sorry. From now on, I'll stick to Marriott properties!
