Food & amenities are good but services are poor. First day it went well. Second day it was told they changed SOP & food bill to be cleared by cash immediately & on discount they were silent. When it was asked whether SOP change is for all guests

Pros- 1. I got an early checkin. 2. The room was clean, spacious. 3. Food is also good. Cons - 1. The 20% discount i had from mm t was only valid on dine in, not on room service. This was not informed to me earlier. 2. The in room dining force you to pay the bill (for food, only then can the next order be sent to you. I requested them multiple times to take the amount when i checkout, but tgey did not agree. The waiter visited my room at-least 5-6 times - to deliver food, to get the bill, to get the payment machine, to ask me to pay the bill. 3. The washroom is not in an enclosed area. Shower area is in 1 cubicle (water usually flows out when we use it, toilet is in another cubicle. Washbasin is in the open area attached to the room. The washroom should be in a proper closed room/space - what if 2 people are staying in a room - they will have no privacy.

excellent stay at the uk27 fern. they have many rooms, good parking very good restaurant. they also have a Chinese restaurant and pub. the pool is rooftop on the 10th floor. very good buffet breakfast overall I loved it
