My stay was great! I was here for six weeks. The staff was wonderful - especially Linda, the manager and Crystal. The rooms were clean and amenities were good.

The hotel itself was is very clean, and the staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms are are super clean and the beds are very comfortable so are the pillows. The kitchen is a plus to cook and stores are close by to shop for food to cook which is a plus also they have grills outside by the pool which is awesome. I have stayed at a lot of hotels and have to say this one is top notch would highly recommend staying here

How to begin explaining how this hotel ruined my vacations. I made reservations for Easter Sunday Holliday to enjoy some family time with my granddaughters, and instead, it was a vacation from hell. The first day at the facility it was ok, the second day already nightmare begins, I am a disabled person with a handicap tag, and I was parked in front of the hotel and I was given a ticket for using a handicap parking when I have a handicap tag on plus vehicle is registered as a handicap . I decided to stay an extra day with my granddaughter, and they charged me $128.00 dollars for an extra day which it was fine but instead of using my credit card I told them to used my debit card and they did. When I returned the key on my departure day, they charged me double the stays on my debit card, and when I claimed for my return and my deposit, they didn't give it to me. From $360.00, stay in was charged $640.00 on my debit card, wich i was behind some of my bills because they used the funds i had there, After dealing with my bank and the unprofessional representatives from the hotel i was given $482.72 to the wrong card and to this day, 05/25/2025 they are still trying to charge me the same $128.00 that they already charge my debit card on my other credit card. I don't recommend this place at all. They are not professional and overcharging people. The scam with the handicap parking and the way I was treated is not worth the headache. At this point, i am moving forward with legal action.

The manager and staff at the hotel were extremely accommodating and friendly… The rooms are very clean and the location was great… A lot of restaurants and bars around the area and is located right next to 95… Would definitely stay again!!!!

Stayed, 3 nts, in a 3rd floor Studio Suite in Mar 2025. There is a major health hazard lurking in the bathroom. There is no shower stall and in place is only a narrow shallow bathtub, the bottom of which is EXTREMELY SLIPPERY, and the ONLY handlebar is located outside of the shower curtain. I am a 6 ft 250 lb man in good health but as soon as the water hit the bottom of the tub, I fell. The tub area is extremely narrow and there is NOTHING to hold onto. When i went to the front desk to request to fill out an accident report, the teen age looking male there said he couldn't fill out a report and that the Manager had to do so, however the Mgr was not on the premises, and he could not advise when she would be. I checked again that afternoon and night and the next morning (check out) but the Mgr was still not available, hence no accident report was filed. This is an OSHA violation. At a minimum there should be floor strips glued in the tub and a grab bar inside the bathing area should be installed.
