Bekasi Regency Hotels with Airport pickup service

I had a one night sleep in this hotel which would last long in my memory. The service and food was excellent and I couldn't complain about the room. It's clean and cozy (they even have a bath tube). An extraordinary experience, I might say. Not to mention the amenities provided in your room. They have a hair dryer, a shoe polish and a shoe horn. With all the service and the facilities, I'd totally recommend you this place.

This hotel located not far from Jababeka industrial area. Actually this hotel is very good. The room was clean, the breakfast was good. But unfortunately the hotel was very quiet like there was no life because the occupancy was low. I only saw one guest in the lobby. During the breakfast I only saw like three tables only. I like the hospitality of the staffs and also they applied health protocol to make me safe. I might come back one day there. It is a good hotel to stay away from a while from crowd.

Our trip from solo to Jakarta and happened to stop by at Cikarang . Check in to LK Chadstone which turn out to be a nice and clean hotel. Basic facilities was great however breakfast was not available yet. Staff service excellent. Will stay again if happen to pass by this area.

Location was good, rooms were great. But what stood out most was the sincerity and follow-through behind the amazing service provided by exemplary staff from the hotel. During my stay, Hotel Staff members Mr Fuad, Miss Indah and Miss Adira were especially attentive and patient in their service. Moreover, the hotel's breakfast is not to be missed either. Miss Gea's service and professionalism from the restaurant team is also to be highlighted and praised during my monthly stays.

Very excellent romantic dinner excellent service view city high speed train whoosh outdoor terrace great ambient if there is wind outdoor will be better if cool, suggest to go indoor if not on cool days Other than that, great service from all the staffs and checking the quality of food at served, also very helpful for taking photoshoots etc. very recommended food taste 10/10 portion 10/10 decoration 9/10

What I like most about this hotel was the staffs. With all limitations that they had, they tried to serve all guests as best as possible. Like when I had a room service delivered by Agit, on the following morning I saw him on front desk. Apparently he was a front desk agent instead of a waiter. I also saw a waiter on egg corner making scrambled eggs. They were all multi tasking without degrading their professionalism. Back to when I arrived and get help from Firly the FDA. The check in process was fast. My smoking room did not smell at all, thanks to Tina the room maid. Riyanto from housekeeping also delivered by request to borrow sarong and praying mat almost instantly after I called. But they did not offer me kettle jar until I asked, because kettle jar there was on request for superior room. Once again maybe because the limitation. I can understand because it's two star. Staffs in the restaurant were helpful too. Like Yusuf and the other guy, they served my breakfast and later on in the evening with my dinner attentively. When I had trouble with my laptop the IT guy, pak Wawan was also showed his attention. The problem was not solved because the cause is the hardware but at least he helped me saving my presentation. One beautiful thing about the hotel was tge garden. There were many plants that I did not know. But as soon as I scanned the bae code all informations came up. Brilliant idea. And the last one was Gita who helped me with my taxi pick up. She gave me her best estimation of my pick up arrival because the taxi pool was a little far from the hotel. But there are few things they need to improve: 1. They don't have SDB in the room so it would be better at least the provide in the front office. 2. Because of staffs limitation I had to wait my room service a little bit longer than I usually have. 3. I don't know why but in my first morning the hot water was not as quick as my second day. Overall I had a nice stay there. Thanks for the clean room and good food, also of course their friendly attentive staffs. I might come back one day if I have another business there.

The hotel room is clean and cosy. The staff are excellent in service. The location is convenient opposite a big shopping mall. will stay again.
