The most wonderful place! Thank you for such a lovely holiday: the team working here are so friendly and kind. They go 'above and beyond' to make sure their guests get the most out of their stay in this charming red and white historic building. The surrounding landscape is unmatched. There are many ski and hike trails across the mountains and frozen lakes. They are clearly marked. It is the perfect hotel in the most perfect environment. The food is exceptional. The bedrooms are all comfortable; the shared bathrooms are clean and modern; the saunas are clean and efficient; and the sitting rooms are cosy - the ideal spot to relax after a day trekking in the snow, or to read and hide from a white out! A real 'home from home'. I hope to return many times over the years. Tusen takk!

Entre Bergen et Oslo. Hôtel familial fondé en 1897 avec un accueil très chaleureux. Nous logeons dans la chambre nuptiale. Basique. WC dans la pièce d’eau. Parking gratuit. Sauna. Salon pour l’apéritif avec feu ouvert. Boissons à disposition dans le hall de la réception. Repas du soir à la carte. Menu du jour : repas 3 services. Soupe au brocolis, maquereau chaud, pavlova. (990 NOK pour 2 personnes) Petit-déjeuner buffet excellent.
