the staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with a smile the room was clean comfortable n had everything i needed for a pleasant stay i especially appreciated the convenient location and the cozy atmosphere overall I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good service and great value ill definitely come back

Hotel views are perfect Staff are not professional Food is below average Swimming pool is fantastic Toilets are very old may be 30 yrs old but clean Rooms are very small No Aircon in corridor Elevators are old Breakfast is low variety and not fully included. Some are chargeable

Worst hotel in area. No rates to high. Sub standard Living conditions Been here 7 months worst living conditions in all the hotel. Chief only should cook,Internet is worthless. My advise Find another hotel in area

It’s a amazing hotel with very good service i hade a wonderful visite the pool is so beautiful and the service on the poll is 5 star I take the vip lounge be side the jacuzzi the and they have very good dj my room is very clean and the room service so kindly the food very delicious and they have a sunset lounge wonderful place

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They even made sure I get breakfast when I almost missed the time and waited for me. The location is very quite and scenic. I will be coming back

Horrible hotel and horrible management! No buffet. They serve you whatever they have that day. There was a hair in my food. They put you in the oldest rooms they have then they show you their new rooms to make you try an upgrade. Their rooms are super old and basic and the walls are VERY thin so you hear everyone and everything! They are not trustworthy with their policies. They kept my money after stating I would receive a refund. Do yourself a favor and stay at Al Bustan hotel or anywhere else besides this untrustworthy establishment. What a waste of time and money. Shame on management.
