This facility does deceptive business . They will accept reservations early on for market price and as soon as the date of your arrival approaches they will claim that the facility is either overbooked or that they did not receive your reservation . What they turn around and do is post their property for triple the price ( after they have cancelled your reservation -essentially you were their guarantee for occupancy until the last minute for them to re- post higher prices .) This is exactly what happened with me and I do have documentation to prove it . Reservation in March 2025 confirmed , in June they confirmed my request to have late check out , in July my brother visited and they confirmed the room number ( room 300 ) and then I get call in WhatsApp in late July telling me that they have no records of the reservation and that I need to find other alternatives because they are fully booked . One day later they reposted all of their prices at double or triple what I had secured it for . My advice : stay away unless you want last minute surprises . As I mentioned I have records to prove what is posted here and this post is to serve as a warning to unsuspecting families .
