Mooi gelegen, zeer vriendelijk personeel, erg mooie ambiance, er is aan details gedacht in de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes. De wellness is heerlijk, met prachtig uitzicht. Uitgebreid en vers ontbijtbuffet. We aten in het restaurant wat van dezelfde eigenaar is, in het dorpje; erg goed eten met mooi uitzicht over de Moezel. Ideaal als je in een rustiger plaatsje wil verblijven in plaats van het drukke Cochem, maar toch dichtbij Cochem. Een aanrader vinden wij de hangbruggen wandeling op slechts 15 minuten rijden.

De online reservatie verliep supervlot, de paar vragen die we hadden werden snel en duidelijk beantwoord. Alles in het hotel is tiptop in orde, iedereen in het hotel en de restaurants attent en vriendelijk, prijs-kwaliteit van "verwendagen-formule" is zeker ok. Het moderne wellnessgedeelte met fantastisch dakterras is top!!!

Ein wirklich wunderbares Hotel mit Charme, ein sehr schönes Zimmer, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, eine coole Dachterrasse, ein leckeres, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, das Alles begleitet von einem netten und aufmerksamen Personal. Das gebuchte Arrangements enthielt ausserdem ein geschmacklich wunderbares 3-Gängemenü sowie eine Weinprobe im Zehnthauskeller in toller Atmosphäre. Unser Wochenende in Beilstein und Umgebung war einfach wunderbar.

I enjoyed this hotel very much and can sincerely recommend it to everyone who enjoys beautiful scenery, superb food and great local wines. We had our dinners in the nearby restaurant “Altes Zollhause” and it was a bullseye: tasty food and great views from the terrace to the river Mosel. We used the hotel’s wellness area with panoramic sauna, steam room and attached roof top terrace every evening and it was an oasis of serenity after a long day of cycling and sightseeing. The hotel is meticulously clean and well kept. Everything on the breakfast was fresh and tasty including good coffee. You can also order all kind of egg dishes for breakfast and sit by the gorgeous balcony or indoors with a beautiful place setting. This is also a perfect place to practise your German, but the staff also speak fluent English if can’t remember all the words in German after a tasty evening with wine tasting in the nearby wine cellars.

Ein wunderschönes inhabergeführtes Hotel. Ideal für einen Stop-over, aber auch für ein paar Tage länger. (Wir hatten 4 Ü) . Das Hotel ist das beste Hotel in Beilstein und verdient 4 Sterne plus. Wir hatten uns eine Suite gegönnt und die war richtig chic. Gehobene Ausstattung und stylisch minimalistisch mit toller Größe und modernem Bad. Aber auch die anderen Zimmer machen einen guten Eindruck. Von der Dachterasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Burgruine Metternich.Toll für einen Absacker am Abend. Den Wellness-Bereich haben wir nicht genutzt. Frühstück war lecker und vor allem das Abendessen im eigenen Restaurant "Altes Zollhaus" direkt an der Mosel war ein Genuß. Essen in besonderer Atmosphäre mit Moselblick. Romantik pur. Nicht zu vergessen die im ganzen Haus freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Alles in allem haben wir es genossen hier ein paar Tage Urlaub zu machen. Beilstein gehört mit Sicherheit zu den schönsten Orten an der Mosel. Wenn wir mal wieder in der Nähe sind, kommen wir wieder. Gruß aus Bremen.

Hier hebben we drie dagen overnacht in een heel goed bed. Het ontbijt was goed en je kon ook eieren naar keuze krijgen, door de vriendelijke bediening. Op het mooie dakterras is het aangenaam vertoeven, met zicht op de Burg Metternich. Er is een honesty bar, dus je kan zelf een drankje nemen en het noteren. We waren hier heel tevreden
