總的來説 房間有點舊，可能也沒辦法，畢竟5年了，其他都很好，遇到的每一個服務人員都很熱情～ 一直聽Clubmed，第一次體驗，感覺挺不錯。管家Abby和Flora細心周到，每到一個時間點都會有提示。會有時間安排，本來孩子懶的動，管家每發一次我就念叨一次，孩子聽我念叨好幾遍，真跟我來體驗了。玩的很盡興。以至於游泳圈頭一天晚上還落在了桑拿房門口，第二天下午才想起來，管家有求必應，幫我送過來。充電頭有問題，管家幫忙找工作人員借了一個給我使用。G.O們熱情開朗，帶着孩子跳呀運動呀做手工啊，閨女喜歡阿抱哥哥，耐心的帶着孩子們做手工，解放雙眼，收穫作品~~ 還會和Clubmed再見的[煙花]

親子活動非常豐富，小朋友玩得非常高興，很快樂的一次旅行！管家Angel和Flora的服務也非常周到，入住前後也細緻地給予了建議，溝通非常及時！

和姐們兒帶着娃，説走就走的旅行也不過如此了吧 園區很大，綠化很好，再加上延慶舒服的空氣和温度，滿眼望去全是綠色和藍天，特別的美，管家Abby和Flora非常負責任，任何問題都是隨時問隨時解決👍 房間很舒服，安靜的度假氛圍，一覺睡到大天亮的幸福 園區準備的活動很多很豐富 晚上還有兩場活動，小朋友的參與感極高 園區的户外運動攀爬區，小童運動館和小童水樂園 孩子們在園區增加了運動的同時，還收穫了好多快樂 酒店早餐很豐富👍乾淨，衞生，選擇多，品種種類豐富，營養搭配 最想説的是葡萄酒莊園的這個窗户，拍照📷真的絕了

這次旅行非常愉快。管家miya，angel熱情專業，酒店衞生，安靜，友好，活潑，活動超多，衹住一晚時間太緊張，暑假我們約上朋友再多刷幾次。

好，特好，超級好！要不是朋友介紹真不知道還有這麼個寶藏級的度假好去處，人不多，服務超讚，超熱情。自助餐也夠好吃，孩子玩兒的很開心，室內項目也相當不錯，有機會還要再來。

酒店親子項目做的很好，尤其嘻樂場裏的項目種類很多，大小朋友都能找到自己喜歡的。管家abby和Miya的服務很貼心。下次還會再來。如果酒店的餐飲可選擇的種類和下午茶種類再多些就更好了。

特別滿意的一次出行，孩子們玩的很開心

After the reservation, the guest relations will contact and add WeChat to familiarize the needs in advance. They also sent the activity list and navigation route, which was very considerate. Thanks to the housekeepers Abby and Flora for their service, informing the child's birthday in advance, and decorating the room. Thanks to the big sisters of the room service. The room design is regular, without any merits or faults. Welcome fruit was given, the hygiene was normal, bath bags were provided, and it was very quiet to sleep. I was given a cake voucher when I checked in, and a birthday cake was provided in the main restaurant. The GOs sang birthday songs together, which was very lively and the atmosphere was very good. The buffet was satisfactory, with rich food and moderate taste. It was fun to eat with the GOs and we had a lot of fun chatting. As long as we saw the GOs, they would greet you.
