不知道還能怎麼説，北海旅遊旺季可以理解。工作人員第一個電話打來説是兩點以後就可以正常辦理入住，到酒店四點半了保潔還在打掃衞生，有點不高興，給接待人員打了電話。給我講是旺季，只有一個客房服務員，這是客人的問題嘛？第一個電話我明確表示了要在兩點到三點去入住，最後給我回復的意思是，不滿意可以那退房吧。這就是民宿的解決方式。最後入住發現沙發上有頭髮，有渣子，直接不清理上面蓋個沙發巾，衞生間有大把大把的頭髮，電視機上全是手印…拋去服務環境不談，民宿位置還是蠻好的，但是不推薦，很拉

房間户型面朝大海，房間佈局合理舒適，離銀灘很近，老闆人好，價格優惠，連住了幾天。帶孩子玩的很開心，下次來再住這裏！
