這次到北海有幸在攜程旅行預訂了香格里拉酒店，在前台辦理入住手續服務員佳佳熱情接待，安排好房間後又主動介紹酒店的服務，每天傍晚又送二份糖水到客房，酒店10樓層服務員覃小姐見到客人微笑招呼，打掃衞生乾淨，看到我們小孩洗完的衣服曬不幹，又主動幫助去通風乾了送回來，真是太感動了，在此表示深深的感謝並點贊👍！下次還會入住。
