The unit is in a good location but poorly maintained. Most of the fixtures and fittings are falling apart and require repairs. The bed is hard and uncomfortable. If well maintained it would make an excellent place to stay for longer periods as this condominium complex has many amenities and shops nearby.

房間真的很棒，乾淨清爽，陽台就能看海，設施齊全，有個小洗衣機，去海邊玩兒了回來洗衣服很方便，老闆人很好，我們提前到了一個多小時，還讓我們提前入住了，電視機不會用，很細心的講解，小朋友也很喜歡，説下次還住這裏

走錯隔壁單元，在電梯驚魂未定，電梯無聲無息直達33樓，好不容易找到房間，第一眼看房間印象還不錯，打開陽台門，門上灰塵很多，地板還滲水，我們以為是小孩挨水倒，自己拖了地板。出門吃完晚飯回來，地板又有滲水，跟老闆反饋了説是空調返水的，孩子想看電視打不開衹能去浴缸玩水，我們弄了挺久電視打開了然後又沒辦法調台，再次反饋給老闆，挺晚的有師傅過來看也沒辦法解決，吹風機沒有，蚊香器也沒有，反饋之後也都解決了，睡覺的時候仰頭才發現天花板都脱皮了。孩子説今天真是倒黴的一天，在電梯被嚇到，電視又開不得。

酒店還是不錯的但是一般酒店2點説可以住我理解了硬生生搞到3點才能住然後用積分換了個延遲退房的還説最多到1點暑假為了其他客人我不是客人嗎12點到的3點才居住還説人多為別人考慮我消費了居住時間不是很滿意12點下午兩點到後天12點怎麼夠一天嗯……行李寄存都沒有
