服務絕對是滿級的，入住和離店都有管家全程幫忙拿行李、彙報當地天氣和酒店簡括，有專門一對一管家羣，早餐和平時點餐都能送上客房，房間私密性強，酒店面朝海灘，移步幾十米可到達；酒店還可以代買海鮮和加工海鮮，新鮮美味；美中不足就是衹有親子房型才有電視，其他房型要是有電視或者投影設備更加完美了。

酒店的設計很漂亮，很有意境，綠植也很好看，芭蕉樹點綴着泳池很漂亮。酒店選址也很好，出門就是藍橋和海灘。如果再來還是會選擇這裏，服務非常的好，小點心也好吃。

環境：環境非常好，酒店房間設計的很有風格，除了從使用上還有點小瑕疵以外，其他都非常好。私家沙灘，特色泳池，節假日出行，也不擁擠，幾乎包場。
其實這種酒店我去之前最擔心的是周邊沒有很多餐飲，在酒店吃太單一。但他們的餐廳出品真的不錯，我個人覺得可以完全在餐廳吃。每一道菜味道都可以，而且一看就很乾凈。雖然我們也去了海鮮市場買了點海鮮，酒店餐廳可以代加工，整體算下來其實跟在酒店直接點差不多。
服務：服務是管家式服務，幾乎有求必應，服務態度非常好，配得上這個價格。每天都有豐盛的早餐，分量足，營養搭配均衡，就是吃不完有點可惜。每天都有下午茶、晚燉品，而且都送到房間，體驗太好了，吃得很飽，想減肥是不可能了。
每一位服務人員都很貼心，很為客户着想，是那種隨時隨地對你的關心，擔心你被曬傷會隨時提醒你注意防曬，早上路過你身邊不是簡單的打招呼，而是關心你吃過早飯了沒有，服務天花板的感覺。
設施：設施有點小瑕疵，比如房間內沒有掛衣服的地方，衹能掛在院子裏。冷熱水和空調不太穩定，開關門有點卡頓，可能是設計上沒設計好，可以再完善一下。
衞生：衞生還是不錯的，整個酒店對衞生的要求都很高，細節也是處處可見。
總體來説，非常值得去的一個酒店（本人發自內心喜歡），真正有自由的度假感覺，大人小孩都喜歡，已經廣而告之給身邊的朋友。
