房間乾淨衞生，每天都會有新鮮水果送到房間。每個房間都有一個大大的陽台正對着銀灘。酒店的游泳池水也很乾凈，每天都有在換水。從酒店的小門走過去銀灘衹需要幾分鐘，非常方便早晨傍晚去散步。
點明表揚賓客主任吳曉梅，入住期間很耐心，消息回覆及時，有什麼需求都能及時解決，讓人不會因為一些小事影響自己遊玩的心情。
