Charming place for families and couples
Delightful aparthotel, very stylish, well equipped and maintained. Very comfortable beds. There's a Jacuzzi which we didn't use because lack of time, but it looks great. Best money for value. Warmly recommend!

Disappointed
The hotel is nice and clean. But not advertised a king bed and a sofabed, and only the king bed was made up. I’m sure I could have gotten linens for the sofabed but I should it have had to go through the hassle. The hotel advertises itself as suites but really is one big room. There are cubbies for clothing and a coat rack if you need to hang anything. It’s no suite, just a room and not even a dresser or better if they wanted to. All they have to do is buy an armoire. The room is filled with Knick knacks, which are unnecessary.

Beware! The change policy at this hotel is awful. I tried changing the date of my stay two weeks in advance because all of the flights are cancelled. They refused to change the date of my reservation to later next year, and said they were going to charge me the full cost of the room. Two weeks in advance! Awful service. Do not stay here.

החדר היה גדול ,נח ונקי ,מיטה גדולה ונוחה היה הכל עד הפרט הטחרון כמו
חלב במקרר. המקום שקט וקרוב להכל יחסית. הדבר היחיד שיש לי להעיר זה תחזוקה של המשותף - הלובי והחצר אפשר לשים דגש יותר ,היה מאובק מאוד

This “hotel” is not a hotel, nor has it “luxury suites”, it’s certainly is not 5-star as it says on the sign outside the door. It starts with reception: There isn’t any. That’s right, there are no visible people working here. There is a phone number you can ring and self check-in. If I wanted an AirBNB I would have gone to one. There is no reception, no breakfast, bar, coffee, restaurant. Nothing. Our “suite” is a large-ish hotel room, decoration also looks like an Airbnb, thrown together quickly to make a quick and dishonest buck. As somebody else said, it’s misleading.

No one really there on site. Everything by message or WhatsApp and hoping for a reply. Everything else that didn't need answering was perfect.
