We were surprised!
We were pleasantly surprised by this venue. Clean, very clean, bedding crisp and white. Mattress perfect. All NECESSARY amenities provided. Great TV service. Close to good food

When booking I requested 1st floor. When we checked in asked for first floor as well due to health issues. Was told they don’t have a first floor??? and was put in the second floor with no elevator! When we checked into the room there were no towels in the room only washcloths.The air conditioner would not work properly! Will not stay again, if you can’t accommodate you won’t get my money! We don’t ask for much but we were very dissatisfied!

Customer service was awesome! Room was VERY clear and even smelled good when we walked in. I accidently left an item in the room ... just shortly after departing, they called me to let me know they had my item at the front desk. I have NEVER had that to happen before. If we are every back in Beebe, Ar. we will stay there again!

When I checked in, the man at the counter gave me a lecture for booking on **********. There was a $100 deposit that was not mentioned. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice to know.
The sidewalks and part of the parking lot were covered in ice. Very unsafe.
There was a very strong odd smell in the room. It might have been cleaner. Not sure. The heat was not on, so it was very cold, but the unit worked well, so it didn't take long to warm up.
The beds were super comfy, but one of the metal frames made a lot of noise.
Exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work.
The room was VERY clean, except the shower head. It was covered in gunk.
Overall, good value for the money.
