Lovely room and bathroom was really nice with walk in shower and bath, under bed lighting which came on when going to the loo in the night which is helpful in strange places. Breakfast included
The balcony was private with amazing views. Took duck and swan food and the ducks and fish came from everywhere lovely to watch Deb

The check info was scant and as I was not arriving until after 6 had no idea of how to check
In even after calling several times. I had book alternative accommodation for one night. When did get to location for my second night the room had filthy services. Lights were not working, tap in bathroom was faulty and show tray had loose fittings. The headboard was thick with dust and I unplugged the Alexa control centre as had a mind of its own. The noise of the fridge was disturbing and the walls were so thin you hear conversations of your neighbours, many who were still playing loud music well into the early hours. Very tired in overall up keep and a reception smelt of old dog! What looked to be a good place to rest after a busy day of meetings and travel turned out not be. I am exhausted and left early.

Wonderful break and secluded. Perfect for a well earned rest. Staff is amazing and friendly especially the lady who checked us in 🥰. Will definitely be back.

A must try place for something a little different
Lovely stay here. Beautiful little place to stay and we stayed for a couple of nights. First night was quiet enough the second night it was unfortunate that our neighbours were very loud. Staff were lovely and very friendly. The continental breakfast was also nice. Rooms are spacious and clean. Also did feel like a mini holiday for a couple of nights given the views and scenery. Highly recommended.

Just returning from a 1 night stay with my husband to belatedly celebrate our wedding anniversary and will 100% be returning. Check in was super easy, we were met by a. Very friendly lady and a beautiful cat. We were told that the kitchen was closed, but not an issue for us as we didn't plan to use it anyway and had picked an evening picnic. The room was lovely, could perhaps do with a lick of paint but was clean, bed was super comfortable and the bathroom is modern and clean. The shower was exceptional. A complimentary bottle of wine on arrival was much appreciated and went down a treat . The view from the the terrace was amazing. Massive carp swimming up to be hand fed! Overall a fantastic experience that we shall definitely be doing again. Very reasonably priced and worth every penny. Thank you.

Return visit here and it's still the most wonderful place. Loads of reasons to come somewhere so lovely but if you just want to get out of the way of everything for a few days it cannot be beaten. Total peace and quiet and your room is literally on a lake with ducks and massive jumping fish. Staff are amazing too, while I've been here I've decided to come again and they've already confirmed which room I can have. And there are goats and a massive pig and chickens with trousers and more besides. It's just perfect.
