The first night our temp would not go below 74-75 no matter where we set the thermostat. The next day we left for the day & evening. I told the staff about that and they said it would be fixed. We got back late at night to find it was g fixed, it was now warmer, and the hvac closet was wide open and would not close.. Housekeeping never came to our room. When I complained the next morning I was told the hvac system was designed to only turn on when there was movement in the room. I clarified, “so it doesn’t work when I’m sleeping in bed and not moving?” She said yes, that is the case. That is insane. Finally though after the 2nd day it miraculously got fixed and we got housekeeping.

Great location to my sons tournament with easy food options around. about a 40 min drive to downtown Chicago. Breakfast was great. Room as clean and fit my and my three kids. Also, I love being a Hyatt member because those water are actually so nice when arriving at the hotel.

We were flying out of Midway airport on vacation. We left our car and took the shuttle to the airport. Room was clean, staff was helpful and shuttle service was great. We had to leave for the airport early and the staff allowed us to get breakfast before leaving. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. This was a family visit, with the adults and two teens. We used the pool and the exercise room. We ate breakfast in the hotel. We also had a drink at the bar in the hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming and the entire visit was exactly what we wanted

We had a large king suite. It had a sofa bed and a table with chairs. It was an accessible room. Bathroom vanity was a little small. Bed was comfortable. Free parking and free shuttle to the airport was great! Shuttle runs every 20 minutes and was on time with friendly service at 4 am. Easy to find and catch shuttle back when we returned from our trip.

Manager Keysha was very helpful in making my stay great.Hotel has upgraded breakfast" But it is now $11.00 for non-member guest.
