Absolutely horrible customer service. These people are scammers. Do not stay here. The woman cancelled my reservation because I questioned the security deposit amount. She freaked out on me and cancelled my reservation then charged me for a night stay when I never even stepped foot in the room.

Nice motel, Parking right outside room. Friendly Owner. Gave us good dinner suggestions. Clean room. Had a water issue No Pressure} He fixed it without and issue while we were out for the day. would stay again if in the area.

Super nice and helpful. We caught a snowstorm and needed a place to spend the night and wait out the storm. Room was clean and stocked. We appreciated the welcome and a place to stay safe, Thank you!

I tried talkin to the manager over the phone and Instead of hearing me out. The manager spent 30 minutes yelling at me and cutting me off at the top of his lungs. HORRIBLE customer service. Do not stay here.

I booked four days for work while waiting for the closing on a condo. It became apparent I would only need three..when I called the motel to cancel one night, well in advance, I was met with a nasty, sarcastic, irrational man, who I think was tbe owner. I could simply not get a word in edgewise, and yet he had the x gall to accuse me of " going on and on." Said I was trying to " blame him", for what I'm not clear. Said he didn't have me in his system, yet I had a confirmation number from the day before from a third party booking site. I have never had a more irrational conversation in my life. He seemed unhinged and dangerous..Fortunately I was able to contact AMEX ad block the entire 4 day transaction. I may in fact report him to the New Hampshire Better Business Bureau. He actually hung up on me. He lost what would have been a3 day booking due to his aggressive, unpleasant behavior.

The person on the phone when I was trying to book was so rude. First he wouldn't let me talk. Second he said a didn't need to be loud when I tried to explain that I was having a hard time hearing him and that I was hard of hearing and can't hear him or myself so I don't know how loud I was he said he didn't need to deal with this and hung up.

All I'm sayin is that it shouldn't take over 12 hours to heat up a room, there should be more than 1 channel on a TV, there should be clean water in a room, and it's pretty sus that a roach motel out here would ask you for your vax papers. They were also not able to accommodate my thirteen dogs, which I had to let sleep outside all night in the snow. One star for the New England roacher aesthetic, semi-comfy beds, food temperature modulation apparatus, and methproof clothes hangers that come on the coat rack.
