Old hotel that does not cost an arm and a leg. Has basic breakfast with yogurt, milk, some fruits, bread and waffles. The coffee was a little too watered down.
The room is spacious and the bathroom very clean. The towels however require more bleaching as there are some brown spots (it could be clean but just old, however spotless white towels are essential or it gives the user the feeling of it being dirty).
The sheets had some brown spots too. There was the smell of either mold or smoke in the room. It is recommended to remove the black carpet as it doesn’t add to the experience and no one knows how long is hasn’t been cleaned. A tiled floor will be sufficient.

I can only say don't meet Indians, it's too scary, how can people from poor countries be nice to people, I heard the Indian manager talking to the Indian waiter for money, talking loudly, the guests are in front of them, talking all the time, and listening to the Indians It's annoying.

So impressed with my experience at this hotel. Room is so clean, there’s a free parking garage, and it’s calm and quiet. Will definitely love to stay here again. Rooms are large and the bathroom is more than sufficient. Highly recommend it!

This was the cutest hotel! Everything was clean and tidy and the setup of rooms overlooking the indoor pool was cool. We didn't try the free breakfast because it was only from 6 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. and we didn't get up in time, so I can't speak to that, but the overall experience was very positive and we felt safe. Having a covered parking space in the garage connected to the hotel was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again!

We were looking for an inexpensive hotel somewhere between Boston and Concord, MA, and this was the best deal I found. I read reviews that the outside looked nothing like the Google Reviews images, but it was great inside, and that's true. The outside could use some sprucing, but there's convenient free garage parking, free breakfast, an indoor pool, fitness room, and the interior decor is clean and pleasing to the eye. The man at the front desk was friendly and quick with check in. I'm including pictures so readers can judge for themselves, but I think this is a great place that doesn't get enough business because of the exterior.

The Bedford Plaza was a bargain- one of the least expensive hotels in the Boston area. I didn’t expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised. From the outside, it doesn’t look like much. It’s next to a McDonald’s and across the street from an Indian Restaurant. Parking is under the building and is well lit and felt safe. The lobby is not great, but check in went smoothly. It’s one of those 1960-1970 ish hotels with a big atrium in the center. This hotel has a pool and the breakfast room in the middle of the atrium- a blast from the past. The room was basic, but the linens were great, the pillows and bed comfortable, and it was clean. There is a microwave, mini-fridge, iron and ironing board, and coffee machine in the room. The furniture has an Art Deco vibe. The bathroom was small, but clean and there were plenty of towels. We thought we had found a real bargain and didn’t expect much from the breakfast. We were right! The dining area was filthy, the waffle machine didn’t work, and the selections were limited. However, the coffee was great! I’d stay here again and just go out for breakfast.

The service was atrocious between the creepy front desk man in the afternoon to the ignorant women in the morning. The owners are obviously disrespectful and ignorant to their guest. I come from an immigrant family and talking about a guest in their native language is their form of polite and courteous customer service when asking a question of the front desk. As a local professional who travels to the area weekly, I recommend the Best western which is only 15 minutes away and cheaper!!!! Very loud as the pool is in the center of the hotel so stay here if you like screaming children! Very disappointed

The worst hotel experience I have ever had. From filthy carpets to stained bedsheets, the room was horrible. The smell of must and mildew made all the more sense once I saw all of the black mould in the bathroom. I had pain in advance on a 3rd party app for 2 nights and immediately asked for a refund. Management refused a refund. The bathroom posed a health risk and I just could not stay for 2 nights. I forfeited the $175.00 that I paid for the second night and opted to stay at the Hampton instead. That was an amazing hotel. Traveller’s please note: the photos online for the Bedford Plaza are misleading. It is not even painted those colours anymore. I’ll post pictures that I personally took of the bathroom in my room at the Bedford Plaza. Those photos are a very good representation of the hotel.
