Overall clean hotel with very convienent location. Breakfast choices were a bit limted to prepackaged items. Also, the room was not too great. Matrices need replacement, just awful. Shower head height was made for a 4 foot child or handicapped person, it could not be adjusted up for an adult. Water pressure terrible. This is a popular hotel location so be prepared for parking challenges.

Stay here for my sisters wedding. Starbucks and other stores are very close by. The room was clean and big. There is a nice indoor pool I was unable to take advantage of. I’ll be staying here again.

THE ROOM WAS VERY DIRTY AND THERE WERE BED BUGS IN ONE BED AND IN THE BATHROOM. THE BATHTUB DRAINED VERY, VERY SOLWLY. THE ROOM FLOOR WAS SO DIRTY THAT THE FLOOR WAS SLICK TO WALK OVER. (YOU HAD TO WALK VERY CAREFULLY IN ORDER NOT TO FALL). STAY ANYWHERE ELSE!

THIS ROOM WAS FILTHY AND HAD BED BUGS. DO NOT SUBJECT YOUR FAMILY TO THESE DIRTY ROOMS. PLEASE STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. THIS WAS ONCE A NICE HOTEL, BUT IT HAS REALLY GONE TO THE DOGS.

Large hotel with beautiful large indoor pool. Downside of our stay was no shampoo in the room, none on the carts on our floor, had to go down to front desk for some. Missing a TV in our room. And breakfast was mostly bad. We went in right at 7:00 when they opened and the tray of eggs had charred eggs, the waffle irons had not been cleaned, no OJ, only over ripe bananas, no yogurt, and the gravy looked like it was yesterdays pan, thrown in reheated. The bottom was burned and the sides too. Given the burn lines were far above the food made me think it was yesterday’s. See photo. This has to violate a health code. And last, the large porch you have to walk through to go in and out of the hotel is used as a smoking lounge and was always full of smokers.

"I don't know what to tell you. You gotta do what you need to do". Arrived, checked in, used the bathroom. It would not flush. Went to the lobby.. After loaning me a plunger and having me work on it awhile, no luck. When I asked so where do we go to the bathroom? See about quote for their response. We are still here but I don't see it improving from one star.

This hotel room was filthy and had beg bugs. For the price, it is not worth the trouble. Stay somewhere else and don't subject your family to this awful experience that you actually pay for.

The first impression was bad when I came in and the man at the desk looked he had not changed his shirt in days. I requested, reserved a handicapped room but did not receive one. The hotel was a mad house with kids running everywhere. I went to the men's restroom near the front desk. As I was sitting on the toilet water began to drip from the ceiling. I reported it to the front desk and she only said OK.
